  The hotel is very nice, the rooms are in very good condition, but in the restaurant we was served not in proper way. The waiter was unprofessional and the food was very bad. After we request couple of time the situation does not change.

  Nice room and great food

  Very near Sarajevo airport, but not easy to find as sat nav lists two streets of the same name in the area. The hotel didn't answer the taxi drivers phone call either which was frustrating. Only 5 mins drive to the airport and transfer price of 5 euros maximum. 24 hr reception and friendly check in staff. Rooms comfortable, warm and with a good powerful shower. Very clean bathroom . Shame it was so noisy at10pm, when we had an early flight. Amazing menu range in the restaurant with anything you could fancy, Very reasonably priced with a great wine list. Food was really good quality. In the morning the taxi didn't turn up as the taxi company had "forgot" which is really poor. Note that the airport does not open until 5am, so it is pointless getting there too early for the first zagreb flight (although the hotel should know this and advise!)....

  Nice budget hotel

  Nice and clean rooms. Close to the Sarajevo Airport. Very friendly receptionists. Breakfast is a la carte, but with standard meals. Breakfast service could be a bit more organized. All in all, good value for the money.

  Very very bad

  The hotel was the worst hotel i have ever stayed. The breakfast was poor, u have to pay if u want to drink water in the breakfast. They give you a menu for breakfast, firstly it looks like a alacarte restaurant but then they start to say they had no juice, no butter, etc. The carpets in the kitchen are really dirty, u may get worried about catching an illness from them. The towels are torn out and dirty. Briefly, dont go there, find another place to stay.

  The hotel has modest food and there is no public transportation to get you here. Other than this I only have good opinion apart from fact that is far from the city rooms are really good and great sleeping quality
