  Hotel de playa

  Hotel situado en la parte tranquila de golden sands. Buena relación calidad precio. En la recepción fueron muy cordiales e hicieron lo posible para que la estancia fuese cómoda. Las pegas son: muchas escaleras para acceder a la playa y colchones bastante viejos. Los pros: la recepción muy servicial, la comida en el buffet está muy bien, las vistas a la playa muy buenas a partir de la planta 4 y la relación calidad precio inmejorable en la zona ( no es el primer hotel en el que nos hospedamos).

  Awful

  The worst hotel Ive ever been. No service, the personal doesnt understand and speak neither English, nor Russian. The rooms are very old, everything is broken. Kitchen is not tasty, breakfasts every day are the same. No kids kitchen. No animation. They dont clean the rooms at all. If you ask to clean, they say they are not housekeepers for you!!! The pool is very dirty, smells chemical. Dont believe the pictures in their site. They havent renovated the hotel. Only a few of the rooms. Dont take All-inclusive. The prices are very low in this area, you can have your meals in other restaurants, or buy everything you want in supermarkets. The pictures below were taken on the day of check-in. The bathroom was so dirty, there were even some hair there. I think its not even 3* hotel.

  Fake advertising , not a 4 star hotel

  I choose this hotel on the run , to escape 3 days away from home, not have the time to investigate all the reviews on the internet. So, i see the pictures, the average of reviews was ok and i payed for 3 nights. When ingit there i was lucky and get a parking place for only 15leva per day, other turist had problems , the parking is to smal for the size of the hotel. I went to recepcionist to check in, the staff was very plesant and quite good speacking english, i get 2 rooms in the old part of the hotel, 1 flor with balcony but all i can see from there was a tree and 3 cars parked . The room was a very old room with 2 matreses on top of each other acting like a bed, very unconfortable , the furniture was broken, if you could open a drawer very hard to colsed back. The bathroom was clean, but some tiles where cracked and som fungus in the corners. Outside: the pool has a very small pool, and its hard to get a seat next to the pool, all the time they were reserved by towels. Animation all most zero. Drinks very cheap and only after 18:00. Dining: breackfast all the timethe same , every day, lunch and dinner was ok. I found some times the cups for coffee dirty , after they were brought from the washing machine(they were hot) the same with the plates, all the time were stains of Calcar in the best option. The difference between the photo of presentation and reality is huge. Even so, i blame it on me for taking a fast decision on booking, i managed to have a good vacation not stayng to much in the hotel and dining in other places!

  Hotel Luna Amazing

  This hotel was fantastic for the price, comfortable bed, towels and sheets changed every other day. The restaurant was lovely also kept food replenished, always plenty of it and very tasty with a wide variety for all tastes. The restaurant staff worked so hard to keep the dining room clean and tables clear for people to use. On arrival late on Friday 13th of September after very efficient check in, we were given s sandwich on a plate with an apple and a bottle of water as the restaurant was closed. I thought that was lovely and dont ever recall getting that before. We did not have any call to visit reception much but if we did the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed on half board basis so cannot comment on the all inclusive drinks package. We did not use the hotel bar as there were bars very close by to the hotel. Our last morning here today and have been extremely pleased with our stay in this amazing hotel.

  Hi

  Today i will leave this extraordinary place ... It's not a thing to say bad about it . In special with covid safety , very clean place . Everything is iginiezed after using . The chef from this Hotel was exceptional . The services spotless . The hospitality , even we don't speak very good english , we managed everything . All personal very helpful. Very cheap . I will happy return to this place , with all my friends. Special thanks to : Milen Dimitrov very carreful with us Svetla , a kind face and very warm person Dari for serving us like kings And CHEF ( i don't know the name ) for extraordinary Food . LUNA HOTEL **** Golden Sands THANK YOU FOR HAVING US .
