  We had a nice stay at hotel beautiful rooms with great Indian buffet. Nice evening with live songs and live oven pizza Wast variety of food even for vegetarians Mr sumit the hotel manager was v polite and helpful Its a nice stay we had good luck to team of hotel Lubumbashi

  Lubumbashi Biz Trip

  Place - in the city center. The rooms are spacious, Food - Veg ( ASEAN) & Non-Veg Available.( French/ continental, Congolese) Staff is quite quick in services. Malls are at walking distance if you need anything urgently. Wi-FI is free and speed is good. An overall good place to stay.

  Not so good anymore

  This is an update of my May 2017 review. This hotel has upgraded its facade tremendously however the interior aspect have declined substantially. The rooms are still nice and clean, but the sheets and towels are becoming tired. The TV offers only 2 international channels with snowy reception and terrible sound that goes in and out of service. There is no wifi reception in the rooms. One has to sit in the lobby or by the pool in uncomfortable chairs to get reception. Today it took 3 hours to have a tech fix the a/c while I was trying to work. The fix took 2 minutes. The biggest change is the quality of the restaurant service. It takes 30 - 40 minutes to attract the attention of the service staff to either order, ask for more food or drink, or to get the bill. The servers are blind and the managers happy to sit behind their desks looking at their phones. This deplorable service was the most annoying. Our company has held 2-3 conferences here per year booking 25 - 35 rooms at a shot for 3 - 5 days each time. One would think that the managers would like to make sure all was good. But no. This is the last time to book here. There are plenty of other good standard hotels in Lubumbashi.

  Best Hotel with friendly staff and excellent management.i would recoemnd anyone who is interested in a good hotel, excellent ambience and lots of variety of foods to pick. The hotel is centrally located and transport is readily available

  Cozy hotel close to city centre

  Hotel Lubumbashi, managed by professional team, provides clean-cozy rooms for a great price. The hotel houses a nice swimming pool, a restaurant next to it. A well stock bar for booze lovers. It also has small cute coffee shop, a barber shop next to it. The staff is helpful, friendly. The small garden houses swings and cute sitting area. The restaurant serves most veg and non-veg dishes. A USD 5 Shawarma is enough for one person as one course meal. The managerial team is always ready to help us, going an extra mile. A super market next to it. A taxi stand is at a stone throw distance. Mining city Kolwezi is 250+ from this place. Make sure they arrange pick up and protocol services (by air travellers), if you are visiting the country for the first time.
