It's OKEverything in the hotel was very old and the restaurant was not very good. In general what I liked about the room was that there was plenty of space. It is very close to the beach. The staff was polite and all the extras we expected were met.

Angry receptionist will yell at youAs we were waiting for our room to get ready, we sat down in the lounge area of the hotel and since we were very tired we decided to put our feet up on the small chairs around the table. As soon as the man at the reception (I assume he's the owner of the hotel) saw us, without any warning or previous comment he started to yell at us in Greek at the top of his lungs, and started using curse words, after which he came running from behind the desk and it looked like he wanted to hit us, but restrained at the very last second! We understand putting your feet up can be frowned upon, but this was the most humiliating thing that has ever happened to me in a hotel, and despite all the other good things at the hotel, I would never come back to this place again. Regarding the parking, yeah, sure, it's free, but it takes expert maneuvers to get in, and once you do, other cars block you, and you can only leave at the end of your stay, so having a car there is useless.Other than that - it's great value for money, perfect location. You go out of the hotel and you are in the center of all things in Paralia. The air-conditioner is brand new and very powerful.

Impressive service and kindnessWe travelled with organized excursion and I booked this hotel based on location ( 2m walk from the beach). The rooms are larger than the usual hotel in Europe, very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely accommodating (cooked special vegetarian meals for us for dinner, moved beds, fixed issues in the bathroom in a matter of minutes). Not everyone speaks English but the whole staff is willing to help in any way possible, they were very kind with me and my 3 kids. I would highly recommend this hotel, the food is good and fresh (some salad was recycled occasionally but not bad by any means), the rooms are spacious and the staff is really going out of their way to be helpful.

It was nice for short stayRoom was big enough but bathroom was too small. Reception guy was angry all the time. Food was OK but not too many options. Location of the hotel is great! Across the street is beach, few steps down is beautiful St Paraskevi Church and there are many beach bars nearby if you wanna some party time.

Nice little hotelA waiter in Katerinis adviced us to go to Paralia Katerinis to find a hotel for the night. We did so, and found Hotel Lito to be one of the few open in March. It was really a good choice. A very friendly reception, a pleasant out-of-season price, and a large room with very good beds. It was in fact a family room with an extra double bed in an alcove with its own TV and fridge. The heating were turned on when we arrived making it cosy and warm, even with a 5 degrees outdoor temp. Because we were few guest, I think 9 or 10 all together, they did not put up a breakfast buffet. The plates we were served was plentiful of everything we could want. A few bars at the nearby sea-side were open to host us during the evening.
