  Hotel Levana is my favourite whenever I visit solo or with my friends or family I stay at this hotel all the staff including the front desk and specially the dining staff they all are amazing, jyoti madem takes care of the guest she looks after the arrangements which I like it, Himanshu is also very helpfull, miss Bano is also helpfull they treat us like your family ,specially the service is very quick and the place of dining is very clean and cost area. I will recommend if you visit lucknow choose hotel Levana . Thankyou Laveena staff ,hope to see you soon.

  No Maintenance of rooms

  I stayed in room no 118. It's smelling very bad. No ventilation in room. Truly room condition is very bad. They should maintain its.I checked in at night 11 o'clock.and due to smell couldn't sleep whole night. Regards, Harsh

  Gone down over the corona times

  I been staying in Levana for business visits for 4-5 times in last few yrs. The room lacks fresh air, may be due to the prolonged lock down. The breakfast spread has really gone down. The hotel will not even ready to spare an extra bottle of water apart from its one litre quota. Now this is very bad. The positives remain the location. Hope they improve soon. Its a shame to lose such a nice hotel like this

  It was a let down this time

  I had stayed here 4 years ago for two days and had a very pleasant experience. This time the experience was bad and I was sorry to choose this place. I was hoping to have a very sanitized room - had specifically requested for it since I was bringing my aged mother with me. My allotted room was not ready even though mine was a late arrival. I was given a not so clean room where bathroom was wet and phone, TV remote etc. were dusty. Service was poor. Complimentary breakfast on all 3 days had the same menu.

  Birthday party

  Five of us went for a birthday meal on a recommendation from a friend. We did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service. The decor is trendy and the price very reasonable. I would recommend this to anyone and will visit again. The atmosphere is very cozy, with nice design and intimate lighting. And, the staff are lovely and can help with the menu. The price is very reasonable too. I would definitely return regularly.
