  bonitos jardines y decoración de zonas comunes.

  Hotel de 4 estrellas, con una decoración interior estilo andalusí, patio estilo Alhambra, bonitos jardines, y bonito restaurante. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, incluso las suites no cabe una cama supletoria, para mi hijo nos trajeron un colchón y sábanas para hacerle la cama en el suelo, una vergüenza pagando 88 euros, los techos son altísimos y con ventanales sin ningun tipo de persianas ni cortinas oscuras, a las 5 de la mañana entra la claridad del dia y no hay quien duerma, los muebles son antiguos y los colchones incomodísimos.

  Awful hotel

  What a pity to have in the most willing to be visited town in Algeria Telemcen a horrible hotel as the zianides. Minimum requirements are not available, the service is catastrophic, the personnel is unprofessional , the waitress takes her breakfast with client sometimes in the queue in front of the client, breakfast infect ....,it's a pity indeed !

  Very bad

  The worse hotel I have ever been to. The place has a lot of potential, but the services doesn't work. The breakfast is horrible, no water in the rooms and very little choice of food for dinner. My laundry was still wet when it was delivered and they don't know what is a iron.

  Very Poor Service

  Only good thing is the swimming pool but it is opened to outsiders, it was crowded. Service at Reception is poor with bureaucracy (only the lady in front desk was very kind). I've planned to stay 3 nights (2 rooms) and they requested me to pay each night in advance !!?? Keys turned inactive at 12:00 pm (doors will be locked). Poor service at Restaurant (not recommended ).

  Do not try..

  We were very disapointed - altough we were offered the suite junior room, because there were 4 of us with the kids. The staff at the reception desk is trying really hard to convince you that everything is just fine, the reality is right opposite. The best times of the hotel is faaar forgotten. It is the basic problem to accept the dirt onto everything (stains of unknown origin, but every one if different) onto the upholstery, the curtains (yeah, you would not believe it), cushions.. . The breakfest is very simple according to price, the table clothes and chairs are dirty with crumbs everywhere.. Dont even try.. Especially with the kids..
