  Hotel super recomendable: muy buena localización, habitaciones nuevas, servicio de primera y precio muy aceptable

  Una opción muy interesante para esquiar en les trois vallées. Salida directa a pistas con guardaesquí en el propio hotel (dan un descuento para el alquiler de esquís). Bar con muy buena pinta (aunque no lo llegamos a probar). Las habitaciones son nuevas y amplias para lo que pueden ser en un hotel de esquí. Wifi funciona perfectamente. Servicio de primera, buenísimos: nos dieron todo tipo de ayuda para desplazamiento y sugerencias en la zona (restaurantes, tiendas, etc.). Tiene baño turco y sauna. Además posibilidad de masajes. Precio muy razonable. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y lo utilizaría de nuevo cuando vuelva.

  Gran hotel en una estación de esquí maravillosa

  El hotel está ubicado a pie de pista, unas vistas preciosas con balcón y un gran detalle el de poner chocolate caliente cuando llegas de un cansado día de esquí. El hamman y la sauna completan un día de deporte magnifico. El personal muy majo, y las habitaciones están muy bien. No tengo comentarios malos para este lugar escondidito en medio de la nada.   Un lugar donde a todo te dicen SI

  Pasamos 4 intensos días en Les Briyeres. Un lugar ideal para los amantes de la nieve. El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Hay múltiples medios de elevación a pocos metros del hotel. Si optas por regimen de media pension o completa, veras que la comida es espectcular. La maitre y mozos del restairant son amables, simpáticos y siempre están atentos para darte lo que necesites. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero están bien ya que uno esquía todo el día y en el hotel duerme. Hay un bar muy lindo y también por 11 se puede disfrutar de una hermosa piscina. 50 mts del horel. No usamos el Spa, si el ski room donde podes guardar tus skies y botas. Hay estacionamientp gratuito a metros del hotel aunque se dificulta a veces conseguir lugar. Nuestra experiencia fue increíblemente buena. Nos trató maravollosamente bien. Siempre. Queremos destacar la amabilidad y simpatía de Sade y también la de la señora encargada del restaurant. Siempre amorosas. Nos fuimos felices de Les Menuries. Ojalá volvamos algún día.

  Four star your'e having a Girrafe!

  Arrived late on Saturday, just managed to get into the dining room, more of that later, only to find four rooms, for eight males, all laid out as double rooms, when clearly requested as twins. Eventually resolvedbut only after insistence with the managemnt who clearly could not be bothered. The breakfast fayre left a lot to be desired with, on two mornings, no hot food whatsoever, on other days dried out scrambled egg with no other alternatives. A member of the party had a pair of goggles "stolen" from the reception area, although equipped with CCTV, only to be told it doesn't nor never has been working. On another occasion, two of the party returned back in the afternoon to find their room had been left unlocked. Overall, despite being a good location for ski in/out the level of service was mediorce and certainly not to a four star standard - never again Ingams, Crystal next time, never been let down by that operator.

  Exceptional service and great location

  Location: The hotel is located in Les Bruyeres close to Les Menuires. You enter the hotel on the 9th floor and at this floor you will find the reception and restaurant. On the 10th floor you can find the bar, ski lockers and the exit door to the ski area. You cross a bridge over the road and then you have direct access to the whole domain. If you go to the left, you can take a carpet to the slopes and start skiing. If you go to the right, you have to walk for about 100 meters to the cabins of Les Bruyeres. There is no parking on site (8 places :-() so you have to try and park on the street which is not very convenient and certainly not easy with lots of snowfall during the past weeks. The Sherpa shop is across the road. Check in: Very efficient, friendly and welcoming Rooms: Nice and warm room with everything we needed. It was easy to heat the bathroom, we had a small fridge and a small safe. Mattress and bed linen were among the most comfortable we ever had in a hotel. There is not much space in the closet but it was fine because we were only 2. We reported a broken safe and the next day, they came to install a new one. I am a very light sleeper and we could hear the noise from the road and the bus on the 5th floor. Ski lockers: The lockers are very small but most of all the locker room is extremely small and it is impossible to pass other guests. If 1 person is taking out material, the whole room is blocked. Restaurant and meals: Cozy restaurant that is too small for the number of guests so tables are really close to each other. Breakfast was excellent with bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs each morning on the hot side. Next to that, lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese, cereals, croissant and pain au chocolat. We had a very nice and filling breakfast each morning. Dinner also excellent with soup, salad bar and 2 fish and 2 meat options at least every evening. Next to that french fries, burgers and pasta. Many people mention in previous reviews that refills are not done quickly enough. I guess they must have handled the situation because we never saw any empty trays. Service was perfect and always with a warm smile. You can take still water, white and red wine in carafes and we did not experience any long waiting times. If you want anything else to drink you have to get it yourself from the bar on another floor so this is not very convenient but I can understand that the people serving you and clearing the tables, do not have the time to serve drinks. We would not hesitate to stay again.
