  Very good holydays

  Studio room was big, with great sea view. Food was good, Lebed staff was nice and helpfull. Minuses: wifi is only near the registration, and cleanliness could be better (especially of windows, mirrors) , dry cleaning is every day. Pluses: great pools (especially for children), good playground, beach, free sunbeds and umbrellas, good animation, beautifull Bulgarian nature :)

  Nice hotel but the food and staff let it down!

  We were given a lovely apartment which was very clean and a really nice. The pool was great, clean and as it was towards end of season not busy which was a real bonus. The resort was clean and the park area was peaceful and well kept. It was the food and dining areas that were the problem with this hotel. The food in the dining hall was never hot, only ever lukewarm. On the second night of our stay my 12 year old son was tucking into a chicken kebab, I noticed it was raw, not just under-cooked, totally raw. I took it up to what I presumed was the Maitre'd who took the chicken off me and took it to the chef. No apology or explanation was forthcoming. The staff in the dining area were very slow in changing the table cloths, clearing away food, cleaning the tables and replenishing the cutlery. Due to this I had to ask the waitresses on numerous occasions to clean the table before we could sit and eat. The juice that was served at breakfast was more like squash and not fresh juice and the wine served at dinner was very mediocre and I am sure was watered down somehow. The other eating establishments on the resort were not much better, the 'Hotdog' stand served 'cold dogs', which were rather gross and the food served at the Burger Bar on South Beach was so cold that it was only fit for the bin. The BBQ meal in the evening was served with such a lovely manner but it was also lukewarm with the jacket potatoes almost cold. The Italian restaurant (Dolce Vita) was lovely, the food was good and the hospitality amazing, the head waiter was very friendly, eager to please and even gave our son a second helping of the wonderful spaghetti. The staff at the Japanese restaurant (Susam) were equally amazing and the food lovely. The 'Noodle Bar' was good, the food was hot as it was cooked fresh on demand and the Ice-Cream stand was good but would have been even been better if the ice-cream had been served with a smile.

  2017 and 2018 vacation

  I spent 5 nights in 2017 and next year 2018, 7 nights. check-in at 13 o'clock, very fast. the room clean, all sheets clean, towels clean as well. all kinds of food, nice staff, not much english speaking, but they understand what you need. very clean and nice courtyard, fresh air nd sea very close. 2 beach towels per room every day and two or lounge chairs on the beach or pool. i recommend this hotel for any family !

  It was a super vacation. The room was clean and the food was the best. The beach is very close to the hotel. In every evening was the animation program for kids and for adults. A good value price ration for a family with 2 kids!

  POOR BEACH,

  Old Soviet stile , and how they get 4 stars. IT IS NOT 4 STAR. The food is the same for 10 days , mostly cheap fish. I decided to warn people that this hotel has a little beach, poor food. In general It is not comparable with the 4 star hotels alike Cactus in Create also 4 stars, or any other 4 star hotel in Loret de mar Spain .
