  Night stop northbound.

  Close to the autoroute. Excellent ambiance, a beautifully renovated old farm. Think "escape to the chateau" but finished. Very friendly helpful staff. Super, clean comfortable well appointed room.Excellent wifi. Nothing to detract from a super pit stop. Absolutely superb restaurant next door.

  Charming and great quality

  Given that the hotel is so close to the main road you arent expecting it to be as rustic and charming as it is. Lovely secure grounds and a beautiful old building. Very comfortable rooms. Adequate little bar and great buffet for breakfast. We were en route and broke up the journey. Large variety of restaurants in the town which is 3 miles. Restaurant next door looks nice but you need to book. Despite what Trip Advisor says it is currently open. Strongly recommend this hotel.

  Lovely hotel - will stay again

  We booked hotel le clos for an overnight stop en route to the south of France. Very convenient for the autoroute yet quiet and felt away from it all. The rooms were large, comfortable and nicely furnished and air conditioned. They were happy to accommodate our dog too. Breakfast the following morning was a treat . The staff friendly and helpful. So nice in fact that we booked it for the return trip too. Unfortunately we had to cancel at short notice as we had to accelerate our return to avoid quarantine, but we were very pleased that they cancelled without charge. Great service! We will return on a future trip.

  Charming and relaxing

  We have stayed here many times over the past tens years or more as it serves as the midway point on our trips south. The ambiance is exceptional. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. They added a swimming pool this year. It our most frequented hotel and a place we come to at least twice each year. We will continue to do this. The breakfast buffet is very good, served in a pleasing room (or outdoors) and relaxing.
