  Amazing Hotel and Staff!!

  We came here, family of 4 with 2 teens, for some cool air and outdoor activities. The room was great! Superior suite (I think) has 2 rooms with a bathroom in the middle, perfect size for us, lots is closet space. The breakfast is all you could need: eggs, sausages, pita, sweets, fruit, cereal and more. I mean, honestly, how much can you really eat for breakfast?? The people who rated this breakfast poorly have unreal expectations. The staff, from the front receptionist to the waiters to the massage desk, are all super accommodating and friendly. We were also able to use the bikes whenever we wanted, no charge, and we took a quad tour which was AMAZING!! 30 euros an hour, with a guide, includes all the safety gear, and we were able to see the entire mountain and learn some history. We ate in the restaurant (dinner wasnt included in our room) and it was excellent, everything prepared with care and super fresh and tasty. Other activities: ping pong, pool, sauna, weight room, and massages for reasonable prices. Overall, I would not hesitate to come here again!!

  Pleasant place for holiday

  I really enjoyed during my stay in this calm and good located hotel. Almost everything was on the highest level, starting from hospitable staff, delicious food with lot of variety served on a buffet principle, clean and spacious room and beautiful restaurant. Prices of accommodating were convenient, too. There were some minor lacks, like the size of a swimming pool and the fact that smoking is allowed during the meal.

  Small things could make it much better

  Staff are extremely pleasant and ready to help in everything, food are very good, ski in - ski out concept is the most convenient, room was very big, night life is amazing (starting a little bit late at 10 pm.) but: - electricity plugs near to bad works just when nearby light is on so no charging phones during the night (or you should sleep with light on or unscrew bulb) - there is online garbage bin in the bathroom (which is pretty far away from room - there are stairs down to it) - believe you or not internet works just when TV is on so no internet when someone wants to sleep - a lot of parking places but no one clear it from snow - spa is completely wrong: pool is small and on floor up from entrance and sauna which is on the other side of spa; ceiling is completely wet and drops falling down; no one takes care of atmosphere to be quiet- children jelling, jumping to pool, spraying water everywhere...

  Nothing special

  First of all the hotel is completely avarge; the only good is the good position next to the ski slopes and extremely friendly staff. Jahorina on its own is magical. Everything elce is average: food is really great but too small restaurant where is always crowdy and sometimes you have to wait for a free table; rooms with too many stairs- even there is a lift you will have some stairs to the room and it is not comfortable when you are caring all your luggage and the ski equipment aswell the baby stroller, especially not with kids; the mattresses are worn out; also too small ski storage room for such a big building. During the weekend, in the night is too noisy because the music from the club which lasts around 2 am. Otherways, there are still better options for accommodation on Jahorina. This hotel is not one of them.

  Summer time on the mountain

  We spent family weekend in Lavina, 3kids age 2-8. Rooms are clean and comfy, breakfest and dinner rich,whole variety for anyone's taste. We used wellness, bit crowdy in a pool,but no big deal. Staff are very freindly and helpful. Our kudo goes to Miljan, who was extremly patient with the kids and we'll have great memories od the quad adventure.
