    Lovely and wonderfull visit

    The moment we came, the staff was very friendly. We had room 224 with an amazing view over the pool and the sea. Every morning breakfast at the pool. The hotel was clean and beautifull. I had a great birthday, with dinner and a self made cake from the chef. The fish was excellent! The staff tried to make all our wishes come true. We will definetly go back again! Fahd and Fatima

    Loved the hotel

    I've stayed here twice this summer and I will say as a hotel it is fantastic. My only complaints are the fact that our room description was misleading. It said we would have robes in our room and a free minibar which we had neither. Also don't bring non refrigerated food back with you. Our room was crawling with ants but that didn't really bother me as it is an island in a warm climate. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did a spa package that we didn't really enjoy. It was the "daytox" package. Firstly we were told we could be together during our massages and then were told we couldn't once we got to the spa. Secondly their eas only one masseuse for the 2 of us so she had to alternate treatments which would have been fine except the rooms they have you in had no music, aromatherapy or any atmosphere. So while you wait your turn for your next treatment you are just staring at a blank wall in silence. It was not relaxing. One of the spa rooms has a steam room, sauna and shower which was nice except you are suppose to be naked to do those things which i did not feel comfortable doing because strangers kept wandering into the spa from the indoor pool and looking into said room making me very uncomfortable. As a hotel it was great with the view and the yummy breakfast but the spa was not relaxing and disappointing.

    the hotel is located in Casamicciola one bus stop from the harbour of Casamicciola.It has got an external seasonal swimming pool hearth shaped. From the terrace where this swimming pool is located there is an outstanding view. Breakfast place is in the terrace near the swimming pool. There is also an indoor pool which could be fantastic in principle but it is not well heated. Sauna and turkisch bath are not free, it is necessary to pay in order to use them. The sofa are very confortable. The hotel has an excellent potential but it could be better used.

    L'approdo albergo

    We had a relaxing stay at the hotel. The amenities were sufficient. The room was cool, however we did have some ants enter under the balcony door. We had a lovely view from our room of the picturesque pool and the bright and colorful garden. The aperol spritz around the pool was slightly over priced and if they are going to charge this then there needs to be a better snack selection to accompany the drink. Breakfast was nice and they had delicious cakes and pastries, and the coffee was good, however there needs to be some fresh fruit as a healthy option. Overall a well priced hotel for a weekend stay. Staff polite and friendly.

    Family Reunion

    Spotlessly clean rooms and pool was well maintained. The bathroom was small, but well appointed good thing the temperature was cool at night and we were able to open the window and doors because the air conditioner was not efficient. The staff was accommodating, but the bar was lacking. Great Breakfast!!
