  Hotel familiar fantàstico

  Es un hotel pequeño, familiar con las necesidades básicas para una estancia de pasada. Muy buena cocina y los platos son para comilones. El hotel está muy limpio. Normalmente utilizado por motoristas y ciclistas.

  Hospitable and good light lunch

  We came through Berguen on the train and the friendly Ladina receptionist agreed to hold onto our bags so we could have a walk round the picturesque village . It's just 100m from the station . We then returned for lunch which was great . the special of the day was good value but we preferred something light so a cheese and sausage salad and their home smoked local trout were out choice . service was friendly and reasonably prompt . Views to the mountains added to a pleasant experience . I'd return !

  Swiss hospitality at its best

  You don't choose the Swiss canton of Graubünden to leave your money in the well-known, sophisticated and extravagant ski resorts of Davos or St Moritz D. No. Graubünden still has them, the small mountain villages with rustic and authentic architecture, in a quiet location and perfectly connected to the unique network of the Rhaetian Railway. Such a place is Bergün below the Albula Pass, just under an hour by train from the capital Chur. And best of all: it has a hotel within 3 minutes walking distance from the train station, which is not very big, but is all the more perfect for it. Don't worry, you won't hear any noise in the room, the house is in new, renovated condition. Only the lift is missing, but the friendly hostel father will help you to lug your suitcase. We lived in a large apartment room for three. Superbly equipped, beds to sleep through, cozy, very clean. Bathroom spacious and modern. TV reception without problems. Wifi not always stable. The small restaurant offers the best Swiss cuisine, freshly prepared. Yes, as a foreigner you are always amazed at the prices, but it has a moderate price level for local conditions. The balcony view of the nearby peaks over the small mountain village is unique and offers the morning sunrise view with sunlit 3000m peaks. A dream! Friendly staff, helpful in every way. I would like to come back!

  What a view!

  The view from our balcony was amazing. The view alone is worth the price of the room. Room itself quite basic, as this is a hotel/restaurant, with emphasis on restaurant. The restaurant serves a great burger, schnitzel, and the desert menu is out of this world.

  A family owned business in a magical location

  This place was perfect for our first time skiing and sledging. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. Our room had a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. It is 2 minutes away from the train station so it is extremely convenient when sledging. And it is 3 minutes away from the downtown which is extremely adorable . Dinner was delicious and the portions were big! We cannot wait to go back again!
