  One of the best hotels in the Alps!

  Me and my boyfriend visited Cervinia and Hotel Lac Bleu in the end of January and honestly it's one of the best Hotel I've been to when travelling to the Alps! Cosy and clean rooms, nice little spa-area with jacuzzi and sauna where you could relax after a day skiing and every evening we enjoyed a fantastic three course dinner (four if you included the hors d'oeuvres). The food was very tasty and you could feel the passion for the local products that had been used. And the service on the hotel was fantastic as well, the shuttle bus in to the town/to the slopes worked perfectly. They even fixed so we could go to Valtournenche by helicopter so we could enjoy the slopes there (all slopes and lifts in Cervinia were closed due to huge avalanche risk, even the road between Cervinia and Valtournenche was closed) and then they picked us up when we wanted to go home. Nothing was a problem for the staff! Thank you Mara, Jean-Claude and Thor for a wonderful week, we would love to come back and stay at your hotel again if we visit Cervinia in the future :)

  Very friendly familly driven hotel not luxury but.. True Italien style Service minded and helpful Shuttelservice to the ski sloop and transfer service to airports Nice dinners and spa Beautiful views all around

  Great family run hotel

  We were a large group of several families visiting Cervinia to ski. Hotel Lac Bleu was a great place to stay. Friendly staff with a personal touch and overall service minded. The hotel is not by the lifts, but it truly made no difference as the hotel shuttle always turned up within minutes of calling for it, from whichever lift you landed in. Food was okay but not great. We had half board but had the option of eating elsewhere and get reduction, which we did a couple of times. Spa area small but enough and nice.

  Hi Mara, Jean Claude, most importantly Mathieu, and the rest of the team Thank you for another great holiday Skiing Just got back after an 6-13 April away, the slopes were empty, no queues to any chairs or lifts The minibus from the hotel to town takes maybe 2-3 minutes in the morning, always quick and easy to get on the slopes You can ski back to the hotel via a little forest run and down the old bobsleigh run, fine for intermediate skiers, and Jean Claude will show you the way first time if need be And if you end up in town you just call the hotel and they will come and pick you up Hotel The hotel is lovely, very homely and welcoming They have a sauna, hot tub and steam room downstairs, bar area by reception, pool room which the kids loved, and a dining area, all great, and most importantly staff who are always willing to help out Food Breakfast is your typical alpine fare, plus great home made cakes as well Dinner starts from roughly 7:30, and is a 3 course affair, plus they usually provide one or two extra dishes, again all great Overall This is our second stay, and we spoke to many people there who were nearly all repeat customers, that speaks for itself! Great place, you'll love it

  Quality price / service not in line. Dust and dirty Low attention on customer needings I would never recommend this hotel to a friend. More than 55 per night per person, ok that its Cervinia but I wouldnt choose even for 40
