  Friendly, professional and great for skiing

  La Siala provided us with an excellent base for skiing with three children. The pool is especially beneficial after skiing for kids and the restaurant opens at 1730, so its possible to keep kids occupied without switching on the television at all for a week. Of course, its also possible to use the apartments for eating and relaxing, but we enjoyed super weather so just slept there, eating mostly in the Siala restaurant in the evenings. The food is good, a la carte much more so than the skiers dinner, but naturally more expensive. The breakfast buffet was nice, croissants and muffins, cereals and yoghurt with some fruit and muesli, juices and teas with coffee made freshly, Special mention to Carlos, who drives the excellent hotel bus service to the lifts, although beginners then hop on the pony lift shuttle for the last leg. Homewards you can ski from the beginners park to the Falera base station. Things we wish we knew in advance: bring flip flops for the pool and maybe some drinks or snacks as the local supermarket (Volg) is five minutes away but if you are carrying skis, poles and children you tend to opt for the bus back instead. The apartment wasnt as modern as the hotel, which has just been renovated, but was also very clean and had a balcony with a Mountain View. Falera is quieter than Laax or Flims, so not much nightlife, but the apartment walls are thin so you can hear the TV or talking in the other apartments. For a five person apartment the bathroom was tiny, but we had the pool as well which has showers and a hairdryer, which was handy. We recommend La Siala and would return!

  Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location

  This is such a lovely, small well managed hotel located in beautiful Falera - a small village near the larger villages of Laax and Flims. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are attentive and friendly. Dinner in the restaurant is a must - delicious. There is a nice swimming pool and wellness area to enjoy. A gem!

  Very Nice Hotel !

  Very nice hotel with very nice people! Breakfast is good. Dinner is very good ! Nice wine card. Big swimming pool (28) and sauna. Free hotel shuttle to go directly to the chairlift. The appartment (2 bedrooms) was very comfortable and not expensive. I highly recommend !

  Weekend escape to the mountains

  Great place, very kind people! The hotel is ideally located for skiing, sledging and all the other activities around Falera. The hotel has been freshly renovated, with comfortable rooms and nice amenities. Recommended!

  Great service as usual

  Second time visit. Great service, great food and very well kept facilities. Stayed for 2 nights as a family in one of their apartments. The restaurant has very good food (be sure to try the deer) and extremely good service. There is a frequent shuttle to the Falera lift. All the necessary COVID procedures and rules were in place, making the visit very pleasant and secure. Will definitely return.
