  Nice stay with excellent dinner

  Spent one night as part of a hiking trip organized by Horizons d'Alsace. Modern hotel with a large room with a sitting area. Windows open just a little making the room a bit stuffy. Dinner was excellent. Our package included a 3-course dinner but we also received an amuse bouche and a cheese course. Starter was a potato casserole in a cream sauce with escargot. Main was a pork stew in a dark wine sauce with noodles. Dessert was creme brulee. Overall, an excellent stay.

  Nice hotel

  Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room. The bath room was nice, newly renovated, just a bit awkward. To shower you're standing in a spa bath tub and there is no shower curtain or glass protecting you from splashing water all over the place. That's a bit peculiar. Wifi was a hassle, we couldn't get it to work. Diner was nice. Breakfast was ok for French standards, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, baguette, cold cuts, juice, coffee, tea.

  Lovely setting!

  My husband and I stayed here as part of the Horizons d'Alsace walking tour. We loved this little inn - it had a lot of character (modern rooms though), a sweet innkeeper (no English so we did a lot of miming), and a fantastic setting outside of town. Beautiful grounds and landscaping around the hotel. Oh, and their dining patio is just delightful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner out there while watching the sun set and listening to the nearby sheep. Really nice experience all around - we loved it here.

  My business visit to Colmar

  This hotel was chosen by my colleague. I must say that my impression is that this hotel is very nice. Nice spot. Nice people. I stayed here with the soirée étape formula. The starter of the menu was not my favourite. But that was possible immediately to be changed.

  Outstanding

  At the end of a long day of hiking on our Horizons Alsace hiking trip we were not only happy to arrive but delighted with the warm welcome and nice rooms and baths. Our meal was truly gourmet from start to finish. Food was absolutely outstanding. I am not a fan of salmon but the first course of salmon was incredible. The chef gets 5 stars. We had a delightful stay. The breakfast the next morning was very good as well as the lovely lunch provided for our hike. We hated to leave such a pleasant hotel.
