never going backEmployees were very nice. Rooms were old and terrible. No elevator. Have to drag your luggage up tight staircase. Dog barks all night next door im Bauernhof, or you hear the Train. Pick your battle. A decent size cup of coffee in the morning cost 1 euro!!!! No breakfast. Looked nicer in photos. But like I said, staff were friendly (those who actually spoke German)

Rooms on the loft, shamefully small, no curtains, cold in showerI suggest You avoid staying in this hotel, cause hotel for a normal fully paid room is giving rooms on the loft that are very small, with no curtains (in the roof windows - cause there aren't any other in those room) and for example a toilet that You cannot even stand when You want to use it. Just have a look on the pictures. I know Stuttgart is a busy area and sometimes it's hard to find a hotel - but rooms as given to me were nowhere advertised in such a way and are not on any pictures given by the hotel, so hotel is misleading customer with it's offer, which is very shameful, especially to do for business customers paying high price for the room (almost 100 euro per night for what You can see on the pictures). Reception as well haven't seen a reason to reimburse any part of money, despite that the room was completely different than the one advertised. Therefore please decide for Yourself if You want to stay in this hotel.

A hotel for a short visitI slept for three nights in this hotel and I can say it's suitable for a short city trip, but no more ... The shower is very tight and the bathroom does not allow the presence of two people inside. The room only allowed the presence of two generous and comfortable beds. There was a great noise from the nearby trams. The cleanliness was good and the hotel's location in the area was OK. It has a fridge and offers the possibility of making tea at the kettle in the room.

UnprofessionalThe staff were friendly and there was free coffee in the lobby. The downside was that they hiked the price on me because there was some event downtown. The website listed 65 and they charged me 130 just because they could. If I wanted to pay this much, I would go downtown. The hallways also reeked of urine. It literally smelled like someone peed down the stairwell and they tried covering it up with cleaning product. I was also woken up by the maid barging into my room. Another maid kept knocking on my door asking if I was checking out...check out was at 11 and it was only 10:30. The beds were uncomfortable and the WiFi sucks. Dont waste your money.

Poor managementWe booked 4 double rooms but finally we had 2 double rooms and 4 single rooms. No elevator. No air conditioning. Poor and irresponsible management. If you reserve be ready to see unplanned programs.
