    Relaxing

We stayed here for a week and it was a great stay. The hotel is really nice, close to the beach - actually on the beach, the view is great. The only thing I didn.t like was that the room was very small but this is the way they are and you.re not spending much time in the room anyway. It was a great trip even though I post this review after so many years...we have visited the hotel in 2006 so ten years ago but I can still remember it so that.s a good thing !

Dirty room and very loud music every night!

First of all the cleaning was very poor (except the breakfast room) - the bed was made and the trash cans emptied. Nothing else. The floor was dirty and dusty - like the balcony as well. Things in the shower "cabin" were broken and nothing was cleaned or wiped. There was loud and awful techno (kind of) music played at the downstairs outdoor bar every night! It was really horrible and spoilt all the nice calm sea view experience you might have had every night! Just terrible. The girl at the reseption was not very friendly and bored. It felt like we were unwanted customers when we arrived. She didn't show any friendliness. The manager tried to be friendly and he was "over marketing" his place all the time. The air-con was really, really loud! They could have a nice cosy hotel, but now they are just taking your money for (almost) nothing, although the breakfast was ok. Have to mention that. Wouldn't go back at this time.

Nice small hotel. Excelent staff, perfect location!

This hotel is very nice, especially for families. We stayed almost 2 weeks here. The staff was just perfect (Sabina and Bane from reception were very helpful, cleaning and breakfast ladies very very friendly as well), The location was great. Located just in the center of Paralia, close to the church. The area was full of restaurants, cafes and shops. The only minus is very loud music from the bar. This is a small problem if you are with children. But again everything can be solved. There is good air-conditioning in the rooms and with the windows shut the music do not disturb that much. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and if I somehow visit the place again, I`ll book the same hotel.

Great hotel with fantastic staff, on the main road and on the beach.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in May 2018. Location is just perfect, straight on the main street and on the other side you find the beach with it's own sun beds free of charge and a nice well stocked beach bar. Staff was incredibly nice starting from the night receptionist that did not speak too much english but he was so kind and even carried our luggage to the room showing us how everything works in the room. We got a Junior Suite, but it's really just a classic room with one extra armchair that can be transformed into a bed, so for the ones of you expecting a living room and a separate bedroom, nope, that's not what it is. Great bathroom with shower with massage jets. Perfect balcony with a nice table outside and 2 chairs where we loved staying for a nice drink at sunset. The owner of the hotel, that own the fur shop at the bottom of the hotel was very nice, talked to us a lot and recommended local restaurant and dishes that we can try. One of the places, Babis & Babis is the place where he goes with his family as well. Breakfast room is on the top floor with a great view over the sea while you are enjoying your breakfast. Do know that the hotel offers no parking. That is not a problem though as everywhere parking is free in Paralia Katerini and found everyday a parking spot no more than 5 minutes away from the hotel. At the end of the street there is a big parking but that was too far for us, so we just parked on the streets starting from the hotel and had no trouble whatsoever. On the day that we left, in Greece they were celebrating St. Constantine & Helen as a holiday and the owner was Constantine and the receptionist Helen and they wanted to wish us good trip back home and offered to us a nice bottle of wine as a gift. Great place and will return again for sure.

Excellent Small Hotel on the Seafront

Rooms were excellent, spacious and clean; staff were very pleasant and helpful; literally on the beach with own umbrellas and deck-chairs available for the tenants; superb breakfast and breakfast area (really amazing!)
