  The hotel is basic, no coffee tea facilities in the rooms but the food all though there isnt a lot is superb can't fault it , the service is good and they do try hard , we was put on them due to their neighbour hotel which NH normally use being fitted out and they coped well ...i think it's more German orientated rather than English though I'm only guessing the Lift hotel is the English one

  Fine but not 4 star.

  Recently returned from 4 nights at the Hotel Kroneck with National Holidays. Room fine. Very spacious, very clean if a little dated. Lovely location. Food fine. In the evening we had a choice of 3 main courses which we enjoyed on each evening. However, we have had all-inclusive at several 4 star hotels and I would not class the buffet here as 4 star. There simply wasn't the extensive choice. For example, we decided to go in for lunch one day as we chose not to go on the included trip. There were 2 items for lunch which were vegetable soup or chilli con carne plus a bread roll and that was all. Only one bowl of fruit salad at breakfast. Adequate but not 4 star. National holidays clients are segregated from the other guests and sit in a specific area. You cannot choose where you sit .But ,we enjoyed it. It was a reasonable 3 star hotel and National Holidays are excellent.

  Comfortable hotel

  We spend one week of ski holiday in this comfortable hotel. The room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. Every day cleaning and fresh towels. Breakfast: eggs and bacon, different kinds of bread, yoghurt, cereals, meat and cheese, fruit, The dinner offers every evening a different kind of soup, cold starter, a main course too choose from a selection of 3, dessert and cheese to end an always excellent and tasty meal. When returning from skiing, the hotel offered coffee and cake. Free parking, free WiFi, fitness and heated outdoor swimming pool. There is also a play room for the smaller children and a game room for the older ones.

  Great place

  Stayed for 6 nights, I've clean room, our room was very spacious and very warm. good easy access ski / boot drying room, nice warm outdoor pool and spa area friendly helpful staff, very good 4 course dinner each night. Free parking. If your looking for a nice easy place to stay if skiing in the area this is great, 2 mins by bus to the nearest lift.

  Nice place in Kirchberg

  We stayed here with the family for one week in February. Check in was friendly and efficient. Our room had a separate bedroom and a living room. It also had a small kitchenette. Perfect for our family. The bathroom was new and modern. We liked the beds. We had half board and all the meals were nice. Wide selection for breakfast and enough choices for dinner. The location of the hotel is good for skiing as the bus stops 100 meters from the hotel. Summarised, a good place in Kirchberg.
