  Overbooking

  After a long trip, a full day of work, any guest wouldn't like to heard "I am sorry, there is an overbooking." Very disappointed. Instead of managing the overbooking clearly created by them, they tried several time to present it like our problem. Very disappointed.

  Decent

  The hospitality is really what makes this hotel! They are so sweet and helpful! The breakfast was decent and good & was included. Free parking and a decent restaurant across the street! The only thing is whenever we would run the bathroom sink or shower, the water from the drain on the floor would rise up and soak the whole bathroom floor and leak through into the room. It was an inconvenience being as we had a baby and used the bathroom sink to wash her bottles so by the time I was done, my feet were drenched in water. We told the front desk and they were quick to fix it but it was too late. That was really the only downside to our stay. They provided a cot for our baby and beds were comfortable but would make noise anytime you made small movement.

  good connection to city center

  stayed here for a couple of nights and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast is good but not overwhelming. Rooms are small but convenient. Although the hotel is situated directly at the main street in the room it is not noisy. Perfect is the direct and fast public transport by bus (SB 40) to Cologne central station. The bus stop ios right in front the door and it is running almost all day (not in the late night) and offers a 20min ride directly to the center. For the hotel offers only breakfast there is a good opportunity to have dinner just on the other side of the street: Mexican and Amercian food. Well nothing special but very practical in the evening.

  Average business hotel

  I stayed in this hotel years ago. It was okay-level hotel. Quiet, clean and simple. Not a bad choice if there's a huge event like Köln Carnival because this hotel's location is not that far from Köln.

  Cosy Hotel

  The Hotel is cosy and clean, the staff is friendly and the rooms clean and decent. The Wifi works very good. Check out the garden and sit in the sun.The breakfast was good, fresh milk and boiled eggs. The rooms are quiet.
