  Nice hotel

  My third visit here now, it offers very good value so my employer's happy for me to stay here. It's clean, good atmosphere and the restaurant provides good food at a good price. The food's a bit basic, more home cooking than haute cuisine, and the big barbecue doesn't run off season, but it's good quality and delivered by very friendly and helpful staff. The season's short in Senec, being based largely around the use of the lake around which most of the town's hotels and bars are built. September - April the place is extremely quiet. Bratislava's only 40km down the road though. The bar/restaurant is busy at the weekend, so it can get a bit loud, but the heavy wooden build of the place does a good job at deadening the noise.

  Great food!

  Typical Slovak food, try the "bryndzove halusky" its a must, and here they are exceptionally good. Food is really tasty and fun setting by the lake. Best to come is in summer, where you can enjoy all summer by the lake activities. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean.

  Very pleasant and warm hotel with great food

  We had such a wonderful stay in this hotel. It's made of wood and it looks like a giant cabin in the mountains. Once you get inside you will be overwhelmed by a nice and warm atmosphere. The staff is very nice, the rooms are cozy and the food is home made and traditional. Will definitely stay here again..

  Very nice lodging and goid hospitality

  Very nice place made like a huge wooden cabin, the staff is very welcoming and there is a very good atmosphere in the place. Room is cozy and clean, and we had a grwat stay there. In addition the restaurant is amazing, you get large portions of very tasty local cuisine for relatively affordable prices. The only drawback is lack of beer variety, apart of that - perfect. Loved it.

  end of season short break

  Comfortable small hotel, very rustic with an excellent restaurant serving traditional Slovakian food at very reasonable prices.The staff were very friendly and helpful We were at the very end of the season and the restaurant was packed every lunch time and evening. We were using public transport which was very limiting, the use of a car would have been an advantage as the public transport was infrequent and the hotel is quite a distance from the centre of town/station. It was a little unfortunate that one of the major attractions in Senec, the thermal Aquapark was closed for most of our visit but this is a great place with lots of pools, slides etc
