  un trato fantastico

  El hotel es muy bueno, pequeñito y con unas habitaciones muy cómodas, pero lo mejor es el trato que nos dispensaron. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la reserva, problema nuestro no de el Hotel, y nos lo solucionaron en un momento, como el hotel estaba ese día lleno nos buscaron otro hotel de la misma categoría y precio, no llevar a el, trataron con el otro hotel y solucionaron todo. Al día siguiente cuando regresamos al hotel, teníamos todo preparado. Se puede destacar muchas cosas, comodidad, limpieza, las habitaciones, las comida, pero siempre nos quedara su amabilidad.

  un autentico lujo!

  El hotel es un autentico lujo! Tanto el personal que el trato, y el entorno, atención al cliente , la calidad gastronómica...etc.. - Un dia saliendo del hotel al llegar a recepción , las dos recepcionistas pusieron de pie, en firmes...y mi mujer me pregunta: ¿oye! estas creen que somos algún gente importante?... - ??? - pues cada vez que entramos o salimos, hasta por la noche se ponen de pie.... .no hablando del valle de "szepasszonyvolgy" ("la mujer bella") donde podíamos disfrutar de los mejores vinos de Hungría.

  Won't come back

  We asked a double bed, we got 2 separate beds. When I complain to the recetionist, he gave us a piece of sponge, to put it in the hole between the beds...it was falling down all night, made our night really uncomfortable. The next day after the 2nd complain they said the dont have room with double beds...????? Avoid the hotel's restaurant, they charge 12% service price, which is way over than anywhere in Hungary (and the service is poor, the waitress couldn't talk english) The wellness is small, the water is way too cold in the small pool, and the jakuzzi is working outside of the building, for extra.

  Wonderful

  This is a gem in the wilderness. While its far from Budapest if you are in Eger it is a great place to stay. The rooms are modern, clean, nicely appointed, except for facial wash cloths not present. You wont be disappointed if you choose Kodmon.

  Quiet & Peaceful

  We only stayed one night as we passed through on the way to Budapest. It was lovely, quiet and the staff warm and friendly. We ate traditional Hungarian food at the hotel restaurant and it was well paired with the local wines. Quite enjoyable! The location is quiet, no real 'tourist' traffic. A typical European quaint hotel :)
