Generally good services but not such a great valueOverall the accommodations were good. Some highlights include a very clean room as well as helpful, English speaking staff and an excellent location near the train station (serving two lines) and Ueno Park. The room had fast internet access via LAN. Nevertheless, given the price that I paid, I would have expected better services. For example, it was late April and already getting quite warm, but no Air Conditioning was available, only heating. The hotel charges guests to rent a LAN Cable, which didn't seem correct given the already high prices and small room size. Breakfast was not included which, again, should have been provided given the pricing.

Good find in TokyoI stayed in this hotel recently and we were made to feel at home. Good location, friendly helpful staff, and room cleaned daily with fresh towels and yukata. The hotel was an excellent price for Tokyo and would recommend it if you want functional accommodation, most of the clientele were business people. While all the above is great, the items to sort in my opinion are for starters the beds. They are Very hard, (and I happen to like a hard bed but. ..) I also think the carpets should be replaced with a hard flooring. Apart from that I wouldn't change a thing. It works, simples.

Never AgainA measure of a good hotel is how it treats its customers when there is an issue. The shower curtain was dotted with fungus and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Because there were no other rooms, I asked for at least the bathroom curtain to be replaced. The front desk simply said they had no options and refused to assist at all. I found this highly unprofessional and frankly quite rude. If you're expecting service and a clean bathroom, don't come here.

Typical business hotelTypical Japanese business hotel, located very near the station, which is in the central part of Tokyo. Buffet breakfast consisted of Japanese (grilled fish, miso soup), Western (bread and jam), though it did not change for the 5 days I stayed. Very small room, with no space for clothes outside of the suitcase (apart from the small space for hanging coats). Distressing to see a brochure of the porn shows shown on the pay per view on the desk.

Free parking!!For this price with free breakfast and free parking, what else you would ask for! Hotel is not fancy. Old, air conditioning is hardly working but clean enough. Breakfast is average. College area. Close to subway station. I am very satisfied for what Ive paid for.
