  Spot on

  Great location in the centre of town, decent rooms, beds and bathroom. Breakfast was ok but could have better hot drinks and more hot food. Bar area looked good although we didnt get to go in to it. Would return

  Half Term Happiness

  We booked this hotel over a year ago. Price was great value for the accommodation a family room with a partition wall between the Adults and two bunk beds for our kids. Might be the last time we can do this though as the kids are too wise! The room was modern and fresh, the cleaners were amazing and every day the room was refreshed. nb: K2 could really do with shelf space so you can fully unpack, no drawers but the hanging space is too little and we ended up living out of suitcases. It would help the cleaning staff too. Breakfasts were good but the boiled egg thing I didnt get lets boil our own, its all about the timing! Alegria is the bar attached to the K2 run by Karen and Charlotte who were excellent, high levels of competency and always knew what drink I needed! Karen is exceptional and great for liaising with the Hotel staff. Good place for the aging locals and not overrun like the other bars. Aperitivos probably the best in town. K2 is a centre of town location so Fridays and Saturdays can be a bit noisy until the wee hours as the Torinos come up from the city...the singing can be a bit dull. Great resort, great town and the locals are great!

  Terrible zero if possible!

  Booked this as advertised exclusive hotel with a bar , sun terrace and restaurant. Half way into weeks stay note on front door saying bar and restaurant closed for private party for 3 days. This party turned out to be 600 Dutch people having a music festival. Guests abandoned by hotel no one at receptions or 3 days. I had to ring hotel 3 times to pay the city tax on leaving. When I eventually managed to get the manager only after tour rep found him he admitted knowing who I was and pretending not so he wouldnt have to deal with me ! A sham of a hotel and manager. NEVER again !

  Great hotel

  Stayed for 1 week over New Year and had a great time. Rooms are modern and bathrooms very nice. Staff are very friendly... we were genuinely well looked after and in a very personal way. The bar next to the hotel is super with tapas served in the evenings. Room was hot when we arrived but quickly rectified by the front desk. The breakfasts are nice especially if you like cake! Extra things could be ordered too depending in availability. The location is super right in the centre. So of course it's a bit noisy but that's the flip side of the location. After a day skiing we didn't have too much trouble getting to sleep but be aware that the Italians like to party over the New Year period! So it's not for families who want quiet. All in all thoroughly recommend.

  Hotel K2 - Lovely, friendly hotel with good food

  We've just had a brilliant stay at this hotel. Had a triple room and the accommodation was superb. It's has been beautifully renovated to a high standard a couple of years ago at it was very modern inside. We were half board and the breakfasts were continental which was all we needed. The evening meals were three course freshly prepared meals which were delicious and healthy. The manager was fun and friendly and the drinks were great (although we did overdo it on the red wine one night). The piste is a short walk from the hotel and the skiing was fantastic. Highly recommend the hotel and the resort is great!
