  amazing!

  i´ll be back soon! exellent! cosy, clean and comfortable!.- estuvinos en el hotel cinco noches. nos atendieron de maravillas!! el nivel del personal es espevtacular, el hotel muy acogedor, de buen gusto y limpio.- las habitaciones super amplias ( cosa rara en europa) el bar excelente! la pileta limpia y se pueden llevar toallas a la playa. excelente ubicacion! no duden en visitarlo

  Recomendable

  Hotel no muy grande, piezas comodas, ambiente tranquilo, familiar, limpio, linda piscina. Tal vez el unico inconveniente es que no posee ascensor pero son solo tres pisos por escalera. La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta, muy cerca de la costa y de la estacion de trenes de Antibes a donde llegan los TGV y de Juan-les-Pins de donde se pueden tomar trenes a Monaco, Niza, Cannes etc. Estas cerca de todos esos lugares y el precio es mucho mas accesible. La atencion es muy buena y amables, frances, ingles, español e italiano. Totalmente recomendable.

  Reasonably priced hotel with pool near town and beaches

  I visited Hotel Juan Beach in July 2019 for 7 nights. The best thing that we liked about this hotel was the pool and location - town Juan Les Pin with its restaurants and shops was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. Considering the hotel amenities, the hotel was reasonably priced. Also the walk to Antibes was about 20mins short walk as well - we walked to Antibes and back to hotel every day, most days 2 times a day. We usually spent our days in Antibes, it had better and more quiet beaches than Juan Les Pins. Also there were much more reasonably priced restaurants for lunch and dinner. Though we liked Juan Les Pins as well. Every day I stayed at the hotel pool as well during the mid-day. The hotel has a cozy bar/restaurant in which we ate our continental breakfast (was included in the room price, in other situation it cost 15 euros). Also it served some additional breakfast items as well with additional cost. The bar served cool beer from the tap, it cost 6,5 euros, money well spent as the the pool side was nice place to sit and relax, enjoy your drink and read some exciting book. There one downside as well. Sometimes couple persons of the hotel staff seemed to bit annoyed, or at least talked that way that they sounded like annoyed for my questions. Most of the staff was very nice and service-oriented, though. The room room was spot clean always as they cleaned it every day. The air-conditioning was working excellently and it was nice always to come back to cool room after long day in town or beach.

  Good position, good value

  We have just come back from 4 nights in the Juan Beach. Its in a great location, with an easy stroll to restaurants and beach. It has a nice pool and bar area. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. It is perhaps not quite as smart as the photos suggest but for the price there nothing that i would complain about. We have stayed at a number of hotels in the area and there are definitely better ones, however, if it suites your budget its a decent place.

  Budget hotel in every way

  I stayed at Juan Beach for 4 nights in May 2019. We were given this hotel recommendation by a good friend and did not do any additional research on the hotel itself besides a cursory look at the fact this place had a 4-star rating on TripAdvisor (undeserved). Some may call it "charming" or "rustic" but the truth is this is simply a run down, budget hotel with tired linens that never looked clean, scratchy towels, dilapidated furniture, incredibly thin walls (any claims of soundproofing is a lie), bad food, minimally adequate service and a small pool. We stayed in the room directly above the pool with a large balcony, which was considered a Superior. Calling it cramped would be an understatement. The space between the bed and the desk was only enough room for one person to pass through at a time, I had to roll my luggage in sideways to fit. The bathroom was so narrow, my knees touched the door when I used the toilet. The bed was very uncomfortable, more of a motel bed than a hotel bed. Air conditioning was weak and spit out stale air. The staff were nice enough, but clearly not on top of things. They often had to be asked multiple times to fix an issue or to bring an item. The price we paid was in line with the much nicer hotel next door, St. Valerie, so you can't even say this was getting what you paid for. I highly recommend skipping this hotel for any of the others in the same area. A note about the general area - there is a church and school across the street so noise can be an issue during the day. Church bells are also unrelenting and continuous over the course of hours on weekend mornings, you'll want to stay further away if you plan to sleep in.
