  The Hotel From Hell

  First of all, the room was not as they described, instead the mountain we got parking and road view! They asked all visitors to pay rest of the sum on arrival and then refuse to refund if you dont satisfied! After being covered with money they cannot be found or act rude! We did not have basic hotel supplies (towels, toiletries etc)! In the restaurant menu was not translated and personnel inpatient and rood (we had to decode it in order to order, especially for the kids), naturally they always made mistakes or forever to bring food! Other issue, there is no parking enough for the guests so you park where they tell you to and they wake you 7 am to move car or you wait for other car to be moved we wait 40 minutes with small kids to go to a local amusement park while they didnt know whose car they parked behind us! Kids cried and my sister in law asked in to work faster and attacked her! Other issue they rented sun beds the already overcrowded small beach area and we were short of our free sun beds, we had same problem every morning! Last 2 days we find out that they forget to withdraw their money and they literally extorted them from us, by forcing us to pay cash! We refused to pay cash and they blocked our car with 3 vehicles which led to this last transaction! Most important of all is that vacation which supposed to be relaxing for my cancer ill wife brought her even more stress, we were so happy and relieved when we crossed the border! I understand that the country is developing but we have been to other facilities previous years and everyone was pleasant!!!This was our worse vacation caused by very, very rude, imprudent personnel!!! Not to mention that last 2 days we had to shower with cold water and no WI FI as stated, instead we went to a place where static internet was connected to manage our private pay pal account! The list can go on but in short terms this was horror vacation for us !!!

  Worst hotel ever.

  If you go right there you should have two smartphones because they are going to steal one of thems.Also is very dirty and they don't have anything of those that they promise.The hotel's personal is very bad.And the hotel is also very expensive.

  Don't go there !

  First of all the service is terrible.The staff also&unpolite.They speak a little english.The rooms are like from some horror movie. The beach has big rocks and is difficult to get off the water if there are waves. My recomendadion...avoid this place. The only positve thing over there is the sunset :)

  Nice view

  Very nice view and polite staff. Rooms are okay, but not very clean. Even though it's far from the city center, there is everything you need around the hotel. The food in the restaurant is amazing. I give three stars just because of the level of cleaning.

  Nice stay

  We had a room on the top floor with a balcony and an amazing view, but no amenities were included. The beach is a bit rocky but clean. The sun beds and the parking were included in the price. The food in the hotel is so delicious, you must try it if you go there. The location according to me is perfect since it was just 15 minutes driving from the town. Overall we had a good experience with this hotel.
