  5 STAR From arrival to departure.

  Before moving to Blackpool myself, I had the pleasure of finding a little gem that I wish to tell you about. Upon arriving into Blackpool for a meeting, I learnt my next scheduled meeting for the next day had been cancelled, with a day to myself I decided I would spend the night in Blackpool. After picking up a hot drink from McDonalds I learnt a staff member there also ran a hotel, I decided to check out Hotel Jeanne for myself. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owners Darryl and Olivia, they were an extremely pleasant couple who smiled, laughed and certainly made me feel welcome! I had a lovely evening meal and the prices at the bar were fantastic, the room was spacious and homely and most certainly value for money. Despite being only a 5 minute walk from Blackpools famous pleasure beach and promenade the hotel was quiet, cosy and at all times welcoming. Waking the next day I went down for breakfast where again the host, Olivia was pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for her. With breakfast included in the price of the stay I didnt expect the plate that was bought to me! Fully loaded English breakfast with tea and toast! I can not fault the room, breakfast, hosts or hotel in any way and will recommend this hotel to all. Now living in Blackpool I often visit and on most occasions pay for the evening meal or breakfast, Darryl and Olivia are fantastic owners and the hotel is still as comfortable as ever.

  Lovely place to stay

  We stayed here for 1 night as a family of 3, from the minute we walked in we felt at home. Darryl and Olivia are amazing hosts couldnt do enough for us. The breakfast was unbelievable, room was clean and cosy. Definitely our place of choice next time we visit Blackpool. Thank you :-)

  Fantastic stay

  Well where do I start we stumbled across this hotel as the hotel we had booked let our room out to someone els,hotel jeanna come to the rescue and took us in as a walk in guest we travelled as a family with children,the hotel is lovely,smells amazing and very clean,very friendly just like home from home and what can I say the breakfast was amazing a good selection for both adults and children my kids have already asked when we are going back,we have definitely found our new hotel for our stays in Blackpool.

  Fantastic bnb

  I stayed here for a night with my family after being let down by a hotel down the road and im actually glad we ended up here. The familly room we stayed in was immaculately clean as was the rest of the bnb. The hosts clearly take a lot of pride in their place and are welcoming from the minute you walk in. The breakfast was unbelievable and their was so much choice. I had the full breakfast and can honestly say its the best ive had in any hotel or bnb. We will be returning here if we visit blackpool again . Highly recommended

  So much more than just a place to stay!!

  We returned home from our third stay with Darryl and Olivia yesterday, we were cautious about going away with the current pandemic however we knew that if we went we would be more than safe to stay here! All the correct measures in place when we arrived, room clean and tidy as always and space for our 2 year old to run round in a family room! These guys have always made sure we have everything we need and our 2 year old loves livi and Darryl as they make a massive fuss of her, nothing is too much trouble, breakfast she/ we pick what we want and to the best of their ability we always get it even if not on the menu! Lovely lounge to sit in of an evening when little one was in bed and watch tele etc. Perfect location to all the attractions in Blackpool, even if you cant park directly outside in the day the most we have ever parked is a street away, we will see you early next year!
