  Excellent place to stay

  My family and me reached JC plaza late in the night . The hotel staff are courteous and well received and made us feel comfortable. The rooms are well maintained and restrooms are clean and hygeinic. The breakfast is excellent with wide south Indian , north Indian variety. The staff further offered us a guide and drive to Shirdi temple. They ensured we do not get fooled by the locals with unnecessary purchases. I would definitely visit and recommend others to try this place.

  Really Plesant Experience

  Had visited Shirdi last week, wherein i stayed at Hotel JC Castle. Lets start with the rooms, they are not that big but spacious and clean. The bathoom and toilets are clean. There is not much view as there is a open plot which was lush green as its a rainy season.Food was really nice ofcourse its all veg. The food had a decent options. They do provide a drop till Shirdi Temple. The staff was really cooperative as it was a day when it was flooding in Mumbai they allowed us to stay back a bit late so we could take a decision if we wanted to stay back or leave for mumbai. Thanks for everything guys. You guys have a great team which will take you long way.

  Very nice and pleasant stay

  We stayed in hotel JC Castle for one night. It was a very nice, comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff here is very helpful and cordial. Thought the temple is around 2km but still they provide complementary drop facilities to the temple. Food is good they have maharashtrian and South Indian taste therefore dont expect North Indian taste. I strongly recommend this hotel. Will surely stay in this hotel again in my next visit. Keep up the good work team.

  Comfortable stay for Family

  Hotel is nice & just 2-3 Min drive from Main shirdi temple. Main issue of bed size. In all rooms bed is queen size. It offers complimentary pick up & drop to Shirdi Temple. Staff is quite good & co-operative. Food is also good in taste. Hotel is hardly 20 -30 Min drive from Shirdi Airport.

  Definitely not worth the price

  Booked this property solely on reviews...but it turn out to be disappointment....The room alloted was shabby to say the least...the wallpapers were falling apart...The bathroom was a disaster...the fittings were either broken or were on the verge of a break down....the split ac was laden with dust....enough to make u sick....the window panes were jammed and weren't getting approximated...enough to let mosquitoes and insects inside the room...Inspite of reminders...the room wasnt cleaned in time....all this was brought to the notice of the front desk...but they didnt seem to be interested...towels were dirty...cups and other cutlery kept inside the room were below standard.... The worst part...none of the staff is prepared to listen to your complaints... The breakfast was ok....limited spread...but fresh fruits, juices, cereals were missing... The only pros....they have a swimming pool which one can make use of....there is a dedicated vehicle for drop and pick up to the temple....the hotel is a ten minute drive from the temple...
