Excellent experience, cant wait to returnHospitality was amazing! Loved every staff member. We felt so cared for while we stayed at Hotel Jackson for a one week ski trip with our daughter. The location is ideal! Can walk to everywhere in jackson. Excited to come back in summer and stay at HJ again. Also the restaurant, Figs has excellent food!

Nice hotel, poor valueOur hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. But our room had no HVAC the entire trip. When I called the front desk they recommended me to open the window. It was single digits each night. And the rooms were very noisy. For the price, I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Best choice in JacksonBeautiful, small hotel right in the a center of things. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants and shops. The whole staff is warm and welcoming. They really will go the extra mile for you. We booked two excursions using the hotels complementary concierge service and it couldnt have been any easier. We had one of the third floor rooms facing Snow King and it was fun watching all the skiers coming down the mountain. Hotel Jackson is a superb boutique property. Truly the best choice if you wish to stay near the town square. We would stay here again without any hesitancy.

A great place to stay and dine!We recently stayed three nights at Hotel Jackson. We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to all of the downtown shops and restaurants and it was fairly new. With COVID, staying at Teton Village felt too risky. Hotel Jackson was opened in 2015, but still feels like it is brand new. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious. Great beds and pillows. The rooms were quiet, extremely clean, and they also provided masks and hand sanitizer. We ordered room service every morning and breakfast was served quickly, it was hot, and always the correct order, plus always very good. One of the highlights of this hotel is their restaurant, FIGS. They serve delicious and very fresh Lebanese food. Dont miss out on the homemade hummus and hot from the oven pita bread. It was such a treat! I can only think of one other place that Ihave been to that serves fresh pita right out of the oven and that is in New York. We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel and both meals were excellent. Figs will now be on my list of favorite JH restaurants. I saw that some reviews complained that the food was different. Those that are hesitant should give it a try. The portions were large and so similar to simply grilled meats and vegetables. This is definitely a five star hotel in a city with mostly western style older hotels. Their service was outstanding, never having to wait for someone to help you. Well definitely be back.

Amazing staff, location, & restaurantI have to start by saying that our winter trip to Jackson was one of the best trips we have ever taken. My husband and I came here for our 5 year anniversary and we wanted to do other things besides skiing and snowboarding. The best thing about this hotel (besides their staff) is their location. Everything is within a 5-10 min walking distance in town. We were picked up from our hotel for snowmobiling and dogsledding, so we didnt need to rent a car. We had the hotel call us a private car to take us to the airport. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to find our what activities we could do there besides the obvious skiing and snowboarding. The staff (specifically Isabelle) was attentive and replied to me quickly via email and also by phone with any questions I had. I was sent a list of activities to choose from. The hotel booked all of our activities for us and also our dinner reservations each night. When we arrived, we were checked in early and was given our itinerary. The hotel and room was modern. They have a beautiful library/sitting area next to a fireplace to wind down. Bottles of water were offered free of charge. There was always someone there to open the door to greet us each time we left and arrived. When we entered our room it was very clean and orderly; I have to mention that I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I was impressed! The bathroom shower was very clean and the sheets on the bed were always crisp when they changed out the bedding. Robes and slippers were also offered in the room. One thing that couldve been better was the view we had from our room. We booked a room with a view, so we faced the mountains, but were behind another business so we got to see their trash bin and other things in a small alley way from our window. The one thing we enjoyed most was the rooftop hot tub (must be reserved). It was amazing and so relaxing. On our first day there we grabbed a quick bite to eat at the hotel restaurant Figs. It was honestly one of the best dining I had while there. (We ate at Glorietta, Local, and Trio). The food at Figs was flavorful, meat wasnt dry, and the rice was cooked perfectly. Everything we ordered was very good. Overall, we loved our trip. We hope to come back during the summer for a family trip in the future. We will be looking to book here again and would definitely recommend this place.
