  Very good service and onsen

  Stayed there for one night in early September. Room accomodation is spacious with lots of space to move around. The onsen on 1/fl is huge with choices of hot springs. The dinner and breakfast which is included in the package at good quality and the service from the service staff is very attentive. The closeby areas provide a good walk in the evening. Love to return to stay again

  Sublime Onsen

  Came here in the evening with a friend for a relaxing onsen experience, and was not disappointed at all. Beautifully designed place, nice variation of pools/steam rooms, all very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend evening/night visits as it was empty when we came, and it was just amazing to have such a huge and tranquil place to ourselves.

  Excellent onsen

  We had a wonderful relaxing stay! The public onsen () is excellent !!!! It's very spacious, and there are multiple pools u can go into, some with food massaging stones for u to walk on. They swap the men's and female's onsen at night and the next morning, so sorry both! We had breakfast and dinner in a private room. And food is , as all onsen ryokan do, very good.

  A good choice to stay here

  We have a wonderful stay in this traditional onsen hotel. Room provided is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable to sleep. Food is excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The service is attentive. The onsen is good to soak in at the end of the day. I would like to specially compliment the young Japanese lady who serve us all meals for 2 days. Although she cant speak good English but she is cheerful and trying her best to communicate with us. I like her attitudes and super cute round face who like to laugh all the time. I will sure come back here to stay if I do visit this area again!

  Pleasant ryokan stay

  Our first time staying at a ryokan, and it was a pleasant stay here. We enjoyed the onsens, wearing yukata, kaiseki (ryokan multi-course dinner) and traditional Japanese breakfast, sleeping on futons, strolling around the hotspring town with its countryside charm... The very same content on Japanese tourism shows! Recommended especially for first timers who may be unsure on which ryokan to choose.
