  Buen hotel. Servicio muy bueno

  El hotel Ivy está perfectamente bien ubicado a distancia caminando de varios restaurantes del centro. Un hotel de cuartos modernos y de buen espacio. Para mí gusto les hacen falta cajones para guardar cosas. Tiene un spa y gimnasio muy buenos, sin embargo el valet es carísimo, 40 usd por Día, pero hay alternativas de estacionamientos públicos.

  Everything You Want Under One Roof - Including Anda Spa

  We just returned from a three night stay here for a family gathering in the city. We had 7 women so the two double queen rooms and a deluxe king all next to each other really made sleeping, grooming and socializing very comfortable. The beds and linens are exceptional. We always look forward to room service here especially breakfast. Kielbasa is a meat choice here which was a treat. The staff is so accommodating and pleasant from the front desk, in room dining, and housekeeping to the Gentleman at the front door. Please try the newly renovated Anda Spa located in the Ivy. They have an amazing array of facials, massages, nail services as well as a warm soaking rub and mist room. Enjoy a beverage of your choice after your service ( I had a glass of white wine) in addition to the water offered by my massage therapist. It was the best massage I have ever had and that is saying a lot. Thank you Hannah. My daughter is 7 months pregnant and really enjoyed her maternity massage. We come here often; its the only place we will stay. Enjoy!

  Highly recommended!

  Everything about this hotel was outstanding including the food, the staff/service, and the best hotel gym I have ever enjoyed. The downstairs bar is also a highlight for any social hour and the mixologists did a superb job.

  Perfect hometown relaxation

  I'd return to the Ivy any time for their soaking tubs, but the whole experience is wonderful too. It was quiet, calm, and squeaky clean in the room. Their Byredo bath amenities are truly delicious (how I wish I had taken that lotion home...). Wonderful service from everyone - and Tanya at the lobby bar made my day. I plan to come back when the spa is open (only Friday-Monday right now). I do wish they would use real china for the room service - seems like it could be done safely even with covid. And I missed having a pen and real glasses in my room. I could have called down for them, but perhaps we could select items we'd like during check-in, to avoid having to ask for them.

  5 star anniversary stay

  My husband and I just celebrated our anniversary at Hotel Ivy and it was absolutely perfect! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff and service were top notch. Upon arrival, I was impressed with how covid friendly everything was. We were greeted with water and personal hand sanitizers, and were upgraded to the grand suite as part of our anniversary celebration. The room was very impressive, clean and exactly what youd imagine a large suite in an luxury hotel to be. We enjoyed a couples massage which was heavenly, Anda Spa was beautiful and upscale. We took advantage of the on site restaurant, Monello. The wine list was expansive, 3 course meal was delicious and the service was incredible. To finish the night, we visited the cocktail lounge on the lower level of the hotel, which has a speakeasy feel. The drinks were delicious and the ambience was very cool. Overall, Id highly recommend Hotel Ivy. It was a perfect staycation for us, and the entire staff made our anniversary truly special. We will be back!
