  Another Fabulous Week

  Second time at this Hotel - Facilities and Staff excellent and consistent with last year, great to see the same faces! Food is great as are service levels, Location is also very good - five minute walk to one of the main lifts or bus stops right outside door. Seems to be a quiet part of town as well..

  Superb !

  Once again its all about opinions but if this is a 3 star place then the 4 and 5 star ones must be really special . Whats not to like? The friendliest and most helpful staff you can imagine. Superb evening meals- every day. Plenty on offer at breakfast to surely satisfy even the most fussy . A Lovely comfortable room kept beautifully clean. Best shower power and temperature ever! It would be 6 stars if we could give it if was was ski in ski out! Having said that the walk to Spinale lift is only 5/10 minutes depending on your mood. The ski bus is outside the hotel if you dont feel up to it and that is only 2 a day. We took it to Pinzolo which was an easy short trip . We loved the skiing everywhere it has to be said . But back to the hotel . We dont want to praise it to much as everyone will want to go! We loved everything about it .

  Excellent Hotel

  Second time at the Italo, and did not disappoint, staff, location, facilities are excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of a holiday in Madonna. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food and choice of food is excellent. The location of the Hotel while not central is only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the centre of the town and the ski lifts or if you prefer taking the bus the stop is just across from the Hotel. Will be going back soon...

  A brief stay due to Coronavirus

  Booked this Hotel based on the excellent recommendations. However, disappointed on arrival. Room very dark and cramped. (Room 25) View of building alongside. Bed uncomfortable as it was very well worn. Bathroom was very small and could only accommodate one person at a time. Breakfast was very average. Evening meals were reasonable. On the plus side, the reception staff were helpful and our waitress Christina was a delightful ray of sunshine. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. The ski bus outside only ran every 1/2 hour and you had to pay a daily charge of 2Euros for this service. The Campiglio ski area pass was 255 Euros for 6 days (low season) so we thought the bus could have been included in this fee. Unfortunately we had to leave the resort as it was closing down due to the coronavirus. We left at 7am and regrettably there was no staff to see us off. There was no provision for tea/coffee or any breakfast and we had a 3 hour transfer ahead of us. Not an ideal departure.

  Ski hols cut short

  I can't say enough about the hotel it's great exactly what's needed on a ski hols rooms are great big warm loads of space shower to die for so powerful kept clean every day boot room was good catch the ski bus right outside comes every half hour but a 10 minute walk from spinnale lift 10 mins to centre of. Town The food in the evenings top class great choice and won't go hungry and breakfast is every thing a skier wants Christina is a joy but all the staff are we were there in difficult times corona virus and had holiday cut short and hotel was put under pressure they came up trumps we will be going back and people use this family run hotel support them next year it's deserves the credit and reviews it's get see you next year
