  Good stay in Indore

  I stayed here for 3 nights on a last minute vacation. I was mostly out on the first two days visiting temples and could only relax on the third day. They have a discounted rate at the spa which works out to be quite reasonable. The massage was great. I mostly had veg. Indian food at their restaurants. The paneer was fresh and soft. Their rooftop restaurant has live Indian music every day. The breakfast coffee was better than I expected and the breakfast itself had enough options. Fresh fruits were the best part. Service was good but gets messy with crowd. Hospitality from the hotel/restaurant staff was what I liked the most. The room, deluxe, was quite big with a seating area. Bathroom was clean and had an important Egyptian painting which was a pleasant surprise. I had a good sleep overall but couldn't sleep before the restaurant above closed. One could hear furniture being moved around. On the down side, the hotel could use better maintenance. The curtains looked old. Bathroom fixtures were in their final days. Tile lining had blackened in places. Although the window was double walled glass one could occasionally hear people shouting, honking or sirens. It's far from the airport, however this area mostly hosts a lot of hotels and a taxi to and from the airport wasn't a problem. City center is about half an hour. The location itself is clean and looks newly developed. Rickshaws can be found easily. I got to visit some important temples which I wasn't even aware of, thanks to the driver. I will definitely stay here if I'm in Indore.

  Poor

  Very poor service also the rooms are not up to the mark and also there were many inconvenience I had to face. Housekeeping are not well trained they get in inside the room without knocking poor managements

  Nice & Co-operative staff

  Enjoyed a week long trip @Hotel infiniti, Indore Was on a business trip and un need of tranquility and peace and was provided the same. I'll add some key things= city is cold at but room with central AC is perfect. Warm water is Available at any time and we were even provided a heater. Food we mainly had of hotel during our stay and some items were really nice but expensive. Staff were very co-ooerative. Overall had a good experience

  It would be a great hospitality and fast management.it was very comfortable stay with infinity hotel ..... we enjoyed our 1 week stay ... staff were very coperative the manager shailendra, he is vry coperative, the one girl divya ... she is taking care of small things. and one more boy shivam .and my son is also liked the room and all the services. I will give my relatives to suggest to stay the same hotel.

  Awesome hotel n service

  The environment is very convienent overall it was good experience over here. The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The checkin was ok, the room was good & big but need to renovate more. Food was also good, This is a good way to take special feedback on call even after stay, it is the hallmark of hospitality. I liked it very much!! Thnkyou.
