  False Charges

  So, I paid for this hotel on Priceline. The hotel went on to charge me again. I have had this problem in the past. However, management refused to correct the problem. I contacted my creidt card company who saw both charges and reversed the charge. Hotel Indigo then proceeded ro charge me AGAIN. This place is dead...my only guess is they are double-charging to make up for this.

  Couldve Been Great

  I wanted to give this hotel a great review but I cant. Great, safe location with plenty of restaurants close by. The hotel and decor were nice and modern, yet still comfortable, our personal style preference. Our complaints were mainly with housekeeping. We had to switch rooms 3 times! The first was because we were next door to a room with a dog that constantly barked. They moved us with no problem. The second room was fine until we were about to get in the bed and pulled back the covers. There was hair all over the bed! Clearly, the sheets were not changed. We called the front desk immediately and were moved to our 3rd room. I was leery and checked that room thoroughly. Unfortunately, there was a single strand of hair but the difference was that it was probably from housekeeping changing the sheets because it was not in the bed but on the side of the top sheet. I just removed it with a tissue and pushed the top sheet to the side. They compensated us with free full breakfasts which was kind but not the same. Were in the middle of a pandemic and the housekeeping should be perfection. No excuses. I tried to get the best pictures possible of the hair that covered the bed but the room was dark, even after turning on all the lights.

  They Should Call It Hotel In-dont-go

  Upon your arrival, here are some reasons to consider just staying in your car: - You will get the same amount of housekeeping. - You will have just as many refrigerators - You will be spared from having to look at dirty sheets and trash piled in the hallway. - You will avoid the pungent aroma of weed that permeates through the halls. - You wont have to face the reality that you just wasted your money. This place is a joke and they dont seem to really care. Youve been warned.

  Great Experience

  From the moment you check until the time you depart you feel at home at Hotel Indigo Atlanta-Vinings. The staff is genuine and they truly care about your stay and experience. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great visit. The Hotel is clean and modern with a great location. I will be back.

  Wonderful place!!

  Wonderful place to stay!! Clean rooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff. I threw a shoe box out with the trash only to find out that my granddaughters baby sloth was in it (12 hours later) I was so thankful to the staff (especially Isaac -engineer and Karalyn- front desk agent) for their combined efforts (dumpster diving) to find her love. Cant say enough about how wonderful this place and the staff has been.
