  Fantastic hotel

  Great hotel in the centre of Stratford. Friendly staff, good Covid-19 measures. Superior room was spacious and well kitted out. Coffee machine, kettle, dressing gowns, slippers etc. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast very good, much better than our last visit in August. Look at forward to returning.

  Absolutely Outstanding

  After a disappointing stay at the Indigo in York we were unsure of what to expect,but what a contrast!This hotel is truly the jewel in Indigos crown!!It exceeded every expectation on every level.The staff are wonderful,totally professional yet engaging and proactive in ensuring you have a great stay.It exudes comfort throughout whether within your room or lounge etc,nothing is too much trouble.Covid restrictions were in place,however it did not impact on our guest experience.Beautiful relaxed surroundings within an historical building,superb food and service and hygiene levels en pointe! I couldnt recommend it more.

  A lovely place to enjoy

  Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and well maintained, great bed in the room (it was a super king size!), located in the best place to enjoy Stratford upon Avon, at walking distance to all restaurants and places to visit. But it was the staff who made this experience extraordinary, respectful, polite and friendly, always ready to help. Thanks to them this was something we will remember. Sadly, it was lockdown during our stay and we couldn't enjoy the restaurant and other facilities, as they were closed following governmental rules.

  Love this hotel

  This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we just love it here, the rooms are fab, modern ones only for us, as my partner thinks the old ones are haunted...ha ha. The staff are lovely and very helpful, finally would recommend that you buy one of the candles they do, they smell gorgeous.

  Lockdown retreat

  Stayed at the Hotel indigo with my husband and had such a treat, service is spot on and the rooms are fresh and new! The staff are attentive and I wish I caught there names to remember them! Would defiently return next year! Thanks again
