  Clean with friendly staff but...

  We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone working there was very friendly. The dinner buffet is good and the price is excellent! The only thing i have to criticize is, that animals are not decoration. The birds by the reception are hold under horrible conditions! Please either set them free or put them together in a bigger cage with space to fly and sandy underground. The birds are having a horrible life, please rethink that!

  Lifetime Wedding Anniversary Celebration

  we stay here to celebrate my silver wedding anniversary brining our daughter and parents, parents-in-law. The experience of our staying is a really lifetime from airport greeting to hotel check in to dinning etc to enjoy many wow factors given us feeling back to honeymoon ! the staffs are well trained with professional attitudes, and we feel the hotel position service as product indeed! The personal care to give us home in another city where is far away to our hometown, detail care to give us confidence to choose a right hotel to stay with. And I believe we will hesitate to check out.

  Magnificent

  What a fabulous hotel on the shores of Lake Erhai in Dali. A truly wonderful experience - excellent food, service and beautiful suite overlooking the lake. A great way to celebrate our wedding anniversary with such warm, personal service. Breakfast buffet is excellent: freshly brewed coffee and squeezed juices (no boxed nonsense) and all pastries made in-house. Highly recommended!

  Excellent Stay!

  I had a great and memorable stay at Indigo Dali - GM Roy Tan and his team created a wonderful experience for my father and I during our stay on 17/18 Oct 2020. From the moment of arrival until departure, the staff there are so sincere and willing to help, guest room is spacious with beautiful lakeview, and breakfast with lots of selections and good quality, and lots of detail and caring arrangement by Roy and the team during our stay such as nice welcome amenities, very caring lunch take-away and etc. My father and I definitely would like to go back and I highly recommend for whoever visiting Dali should stay there!

  A wonderful view on Lake Erhai

  We stayed here for New Year's Eve. We had a room on the 9th floor with a view on Lake Erhai that was absolutely amazing. The hotel is very well maintained and offers all the amenities you need. They have a good gym and a 20m pool with changing rooms on the 11th floor. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely designed. We had optional breakfast. Many options available, also Western style. With an IHG membership you can get breakfast for a special price (90 RMB). The same applies for the seafood buffet dinner for around 160 RMB. Good restaurants are closeby, too. We tried a Sushi place, a Thai/East Asian restaurant and the Leisure Cafe, all within 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel is located in Dali Newtown, 15 minutes drive away from the railway station. Taxis to Dali oldtown are easy to order via Didi and cost around 40-50 RMB. After arrival at the hotel we were offered a welcome drink. The staff was very attentive and always spared a smile for us. 5 stars well deserved!
