  Annette is the GREATEST!

  Me and my mom are so happy we chose to stay at Hotel Indigo for my surgery yesterday! We valet parked our car both nights of our stay. On the morning of my surgery the staff member Annette went to go get our car from the parking garage and it would not start! She went out of her way, ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and went and got her own car and jumper cables and got our car back started for us. After returning from my surgery she helped me out of the car and into the hotel lobby, I started feeling very sick due to the anesthesia wearing off and with no questions asked she ran and got me a trash can to throw up in and held my hair until my mom could get to me. She is an angel from heaven and we could not be more thankful for her service, kindness, and generous acts. With so much hate in this world we need more people like ANNETTE. Annette if you are reading this, thank you Our room was also so cute and comfortable, the shower head was to die for! We will definitely be back!

  Hotel Indigo Restaurant

  Annette was a wonderful hostess! Super attentive and helpful. I had a great experience at the restaurant! Highly recommend. Even though I showed up to breakfast around closing time, she was still very cheerful!

  All Night LOUD - NO SLEEP

  We stayed at this location while attending an athletic event in Birmingham. The location was attractive based on the number and variety of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, we could not sleep at all due to the non-stop loud music from the first floor of the building. The music literally vibrated the glass windows and all you could hear all night was the bass and thumping of the music. When the music stopped after 3am, the next two hours were loud noises from the crowd leaving, continuing to party or throw-up in the parking garage, and then doors slamming in the hotel. We travel all the time and this was one of the worst stay experiences we have ever encountered. If you are there to party and stay up all night, maybe this is the place for you. If you are a family or enjoy getting a little sleep, do not stay at this location.

  Front Desk Staff

  I came in for a small trip and the front desk staff is awesome! Every one from Joshlyn to Keisha to Derick and Karla. I knew that the hotel is located centrally in Birmingham and the front desk staff told me about the bars and surrounding clubs. So I expected noise. Miraculously I did not hear anything. I came once before with a friend but did not stay here. At that time the front desk seemed different. Meaning, the staff was rude to guest and sitting down while handling guest complaints. Every time I would pass the front desk the woman with glasses was always sitting down. She was not personable. The rooms could use a refresh. I found spots on the countertops and crumbs on the floor. This new staff is a breath of fresh air. I hope the next time I visit, I will see the same smiling faces at the front desk.

  Beautiful Presence!!

  Ms. Annette, was at the door to greet and tend to every need we had!! We didn't have to ask by the 3rd day she knew each and every request. Thank You Ms Annette!! They had a breakfast layout every morning of what we requested. They made sure we were treated the best!! Thanks again!!
