  Decent

  Decent 3* hotel suitable for a short stay. It's not a modern hotel, the decorations and furniture bring one back to the past. But it is clean, quiet and offers the strict necessities for sleeping. The breakfast is good, varied and good quality. The parking is free, so is the wifi although it doesn't work very well in all the rooms. The brasserie next door offers delicious food, it's a MUST try. Good price. I would book this again if I was on a business trip in the area.

  Good place

  Good bargain. After experiencing a two other different hotels in Italy for the same price as this one i have to say it's a really nice place with good staff. They have a very nice restaurant right next to the hotel and good breakfast. Parking is no problem here. If you come here i wouldn't do it without car because even with car it's quite far from center of Pordenone.

  good hotel and cheap

  this hotel stay in the peaceful countryside near pordenone, clean room, good buffet breakfast, free parking (indoor and outdoor), the structure is very hot but in the room there is the aircondition, with discount it's very cheap (46 double room)

  Misleading photos/cigarette smoke

  We booked this hotel based on good reviews and beautiful management photos of the outside with nice outdoor furniture seating. Imagine our surprise to find this to be misleading compared to reality. The moment we walked in, we were bombarded with the disgusting smell of stale and fresh cigarette smoke. There was a very old lady (probably in her 80s) at the front desk. She was not pleasant, spoke only Italian and at first said that our confirmed reservation was for one person. That was cleared up and we were given the first room from the lobby. We immediately closed the adjoining door but there was still more cigarette smoke, thus time coming from the open door down the hall where theres another smoking area with some of the nice furniture we saw in their photos. The room itself was small, with 2 twin beds pushed together, 2 night tables, a closet, desk and chair. There werent any armchairs and the lightning left a lot to be desired. It was quite dark with the curtains closed and the only light at the bed didnt work. Neither did the promised a/c. When I sat on the bed to read, the bottom of the mattress and frame suddenly lifted up! There was a hole in the wall by the door and everything was several decades old. The bathroom had a small shower, bidet and toilet with a seat of the incorrect size as pictured. When we went for breakfast, it wasnt in the nice room pictured on the ground floor. It was in the basement, down from the smoking area so the smoke followed us. There were only 2 small tables of food, not the spread pictured online. The only protein was a platter of ham with 2 pieces left and a soft cheese. Also a few yogurts. The ham was never replenished during the time we were there despite there being other customers around 8 am. The second day the ham wasnt replenished either and the electric kettle kept stopping well before a boil. It turns out that the beautiful outdoor areas are part of their restaurant business in the same building but to which we didnt have access to. The front gates were closed and we had no access to a garden or grassy area. All in all, we were very disappointed and hope the rating of this lodging is reduced to what it should be. Its obvious that nothing has been done to improve this place in decades!!! The second day there was a no smoking sign in the lobby. We hadnt complained. Someone else must have.

  Reservamos cinco noches en este hotel porque al que vamos habitualmente (Villa Mónica) estaba cerrado en la época navideña. Y nos guiamos por las fotos de su página web, ya que necesitábamos habitaciones triples y lo que muestran en la página nos cerraba. Gran decepción. Nos amontonaron en dos dobles a las que les agregaron una cama supletoria. Después de la primera noche, cuando nos quejamos página del hotel en mano (en el celular) donde se apreciaban las fotos por ellos publicadas, negaron que fueran fotos de su hotel (hasta que vieron que estábamos en SU página web y no pudieron sostener su mentira). Como única solución nos ofrecieron dos habitaciones singles sin cargo, las que aceptamos (vale decir que estas habitaciones, nos aclararon, no contarían con servicio de limpieza ni recambio de ropa blanca en los cuatro días restantes). Con respecto al desayuno, normal, las máquinas de café solían romperse al menos una cada día. Y lograr una chocolatada para mi hija fue una tarea imposible. Muy mala experiencia, no repetiremos.
