  Lovely, elegant accommodations near Venice by the River Brenta!

  The Burchiello is a fabulous find just half an hours bus trip to Venice! You walk in and are greeted with a smile, surrounded by gorgeous examples of Venetian furnishings and decorations. There is even an elegantly-appointed reading area off the hallway. It is a rare hotel with a fantastically efficient self-service laundry room. The rooms are so pretty; decently sized and again, dressed in a sort of quaintly Venetian style which is so charming. Breakfast is delicious and staff are accommodating and helpful. A surprising and wonderful stay.

  Out-dated

  This hotel is stuck in a time-warp. My kids even joked that they felt it was haunted. Very odd pictures on the walls, the bedding is old and disgusting, and the breakfast was not enjoyable at all. The staff were pleasant enough though.

  Don't Stay It's a Dump

  Where do i start. If Cosmos and Trafalgar tours consider this an acceptable hotel don't kid yourself. The breakfast you wouldn't feed to your pets. The rooms have no hot water as the pressure drops. Outdated and smells. The owners are arrogant and the worst stay in any country that I have visited. This would have been a medium hotel 50 years ago but today it's not acceptable.Four tissues in each bathroom box;even the shampoo is in a plastic satchel unacceptable. Dont waste your hard earned money on a location 30 mins outside of Venus in the fields with a smelly river outside. Not worth staying!!!! Ps- the other reviews are all lies I am surprised they are even allowed. If u could post photos you would understand.

  Just Okay

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a washer and dryer on the first floor. Our room was a bit bigger but it had a musty smell. The bathroom was a bit bigger than most and a bit more elbow room.

  Aright

  The hotel itself was clean, but old. Rooms are small and dark. Staff were nice and friendly. This Hotel is good for short stays. Better to spend more money and stay in Venice because this hotel is a bit far away
