  Dormir en el suelo

  Esperábamos una familiar (Family Room) y mis hijos (13 y 15) acabaron durmiendo en el suelo. El catre que proporciona el hotel se hunde y te clavas loa hierros. Ante la negativa de ofrecer una solución, pusieron el colchón ¡en el suelo!

  Looks can be deceiving

  Thought I would book in here for a change from usual hotel company I book with and lets just say looks can be deceiving. Looked good online with the photos and modern rooms thats where it ended. When I waked in the girls on reception where rude and looked me up and down like I didnt belong there. The rooms where tidy but the shower wasnt working properly and had cold water until I ran it for a good 5mins. The toilet felt like it was going to fall of the wall when I used it and the beds where extremely uncomfortable. Also if you like getting woken up by the waste company that collects the bins early hours then this is the hotel for you. Parking if your lucky to get a spot well done. Breakfast now that is a good point of the hotel, the lady that helped and set it out was extremely friendly. She was in her 60s but maybe the hotel should take lessons of her in customer service.

  Nice hotel, but noisy outside

  Really clean and nice hotel. Smart functional room and pleasant staff. People were following mask guidelines. Only problem was the late night revellers outside the hotel (which is in a quiet residential neighbourhood) laughing, chatting and dicking about outside until about half one in the morning. I realise not everyone was going to be on a work trip and its the weekend but theres a reasonable expectation to get some sleep beyond midnight. This isnt necessarily the fault of the hotel but it would put me off staying again.

  Solid budget hotel

  Modern hotel with spacious rooms. A real friendly welcome including a free drink for completing a short questionnaire! The downside was service quite slow for drinks and no outside food in the huge reception area with lots of tables - even though 95% of the area not being used. The bed was comfortable but there was a weird noise at night which meant sleep was disturbed.

  A very grim Christmas

  We booked a family room for Xmas Day so we could see relatives. Unfortunately the room had a double bed but then two broken camp beds with thin mattresses on them. There was no room around the beds to actually move safely. It was clearly not a family room. There was no way the kids would have been able to sleep in them so we had to find them last minute accommodation with a family member. The room itself was quite dirty - handprints on the windows and dirty finger prints too. We were on floor 2 which smelled incredibly strongly of cannabis. Next doors television was so loud we decided not to bother putting ours on. The noise of other guests continued late into the night. It was a waste of money and we will never stay there again.
