  Hotel en condiciones muy malas

  Es de los peores IBIS que he conocido. El entorno del hotel, deplorable.al igual que su garaje, Si bien el servicio es amable, las condiciones del hotel son malas. No me merece la calificación del nivel normal y habitual de los hoteles IBIS que frecuento habitualmente en Francia, Alemania e incluso en España. No volveré a ese hotel

  Hotel ideal para familia en verano

  El hotel es muy tranquilo, las habitaciones correctas y el desayuno muy bueno. En verano, detrás del hotel, hay una balsa montada por el ayuntamiento. Es como una piscina con agua del río, muy fría, pero muy limpia y de un máximo de 1,20 m. ideal para disfrutar con los niños los días de calor de verano (estuvimos a 35º)

  Muy normalito a precio alto...

  Lo mejor del hotel quizá sea la ubicación, tiene parking y se puede ir al centro de la ciudad caminando en 10 minutos, basta cruzar el río y callejeando se llega enseguida. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, la nuestra olía un poco raro, como a producto químico. En el baño sólo habian 2 toallas para todo (2 personas), pedimos otras dos y nos las trajeron pero al día siguiente lo mismo, sólo 2 toallas para todo (lavabo, ducha, suelo de la ducha...), el buffet del desayuno escaso. Por 90 esperarías algo más.

  Filthy Rooms & Rude staff

  Had a booking for 57 pilgrims for half board. Some of us were very dissapointed as some of the rooms had dirty sheets on the beds and were filthy from previous occupants and when requested a change of room was given another disgusting room with dirty sheet that had blood on it. The whole process of fixing the room took longer than the time allocated by Ibis promise to fix what was wrong and the promise of free stay if the problem was not sorted in time. Another pilgrim too had dirty duvet and dirty sheets and the room was not changed and the staff grudgingly change the sheets and duvet cover. The staff was rude and when we kindly requested that two pilgrims who had pork allergies to have an omelette instead, the staff in charge made a huge fuss and told us that those who cannot have pork just had to have the potatoes and veg. We pointed out that the veg too had bacon in it too and to please at least give them an omelette, the staff in charge was not happy and said that even if the cook can do the omellettes it will take quite a while and it took over half an hour before those two pilgrims had their eggs and when the eggs came there were not omelettes but runny scrambled eggs ! We were also told that there is no butter to have with our bread and soup. And while waiting for the desserts to be served one of the pilgrims asked whether we can help ourselves to coffee from the coffee machine and a server said that it was all right but when the staff in charge of dining saw some of the pilgrims at the coffee machine she shouted at them for using the coffee machine and then requested payment for the coffee.When desert was brought in, the dessert spoons were actually chucked at us at the table rather than laid nicely. We were the only occupants in the dining room at the time. We asked to see the manager and was told that the manager will come and see us at breakfast at 8am the next day to hear our complaints but the manager never turned up, It was definitely the worst experience we pilgrims had and we had no apologies and would definetely never use that hotel again on our pilgrimage to Nevers.

  Business trip went for 2 nights

  Went here for 2 nights. Free parking lot with the hotel. Good breakfast enough choice. They also have a bar where you can order drinks. Rooms are clean and spacious . It is on close walking distance to the centre.
