Contravercial experienceWe stayed here with my husband recently, he is an Accor Privilege member. Well, booking department and reception was helpful before and during our long stay, exept the girl who was checking us in didn't know that hotel has baggage cart. We shifted 5 huge heavy bags and were surprised to find them next to elevator. Seriously? The worst experience was with: 1) Restaurant. Business launch they served us first day was just cold. All the dishes. Breakfast is very expressive 650 Rub/person. For less money u can eat in few cafes nextby. U can get a boiling water in bar, but night aged barmen is really unfriendly. Send me away to get water myself. Turned out they didn't clean boiler, I got a glass of yellow water with sediment. Thanks God they cleaned it next day. 2) Housekeeping is awfull. We usually don't ask to clean every day. Once in 4 nights our room was "cleaned". Floor was untouched, hair in bathroom nothing vacuumed. Seriously? Just a bed was made and towels changed. Location is good though, if u want to go to mall walking there is small stopping center/cinema 10 min walk. Fast food/caffe options/24 hours mini-market 2 min walk. Post office, 2 metro lines (5 and 19 min walking). Bottom line: The hotel is okay, but services need serious improvement.

A good stay with some need to tweak room temperatureThis IBIS is located next to Oktyabrskoe Pole and Panfilova stations, within a short (max 10 min) walk. As usual, near-subway shops usually offer some food and, for instance, mobile operators outlets. In fact, I was staying many times nearby at my friend's for many years and the whole district here is a non-central but good and quiet, yet well connected to center and surroundings; though, it might require a little time to get to really large supermarket, that is however within 1km. The hotel is located on the back of a relatively modern block of buidlings built with some luxury ambitions - so do not get surprised when you see random plaster antique statues on your way there from subway, they should remind the tenants of the nearby high-storey buildings that this is an elite block, or something. The hotel itself is quite modern and the room felt that it has above-average space. As usual, IBIS offers round-the-clock kitchen which is very convenient. A kettle was in the room as well. The first day when I just entered the room, it was quite cold, but the hotel swiftly provided a heater that would adequately fix that. In the first night, I decided to switch a/c off and left the heater on, and in result, my sleep quality was not so great, because the room felt somewhat wet and a bit too warm for the blanket provided. IBIS tend to offer a bit thick blankets, so I remembered my experience from other place and next night, I simply left A/C running and no heating, and my sleep was very good. There is also a window which you could semi-open. So you might expect to spend time adjusting your temperature somehow. Note that my room does not seem to have a central heating battery. It is maybe possible to heat using air, but well worth asking the hotel prior to your stay in cold times. The rest of the experience was normal. There seem to be underground parking next to the hotel and some room for cars around the hotel, but I can not comment on availability and prices.

A Decent Hotel !I am satisfied with my stay in Moscow Oktyabrskoye Pole. The first thing that struck me was the size and green space that this Hotel owns. During my stay, I and my father usually wake up early to take a walk around the hotel's complex, and to me, the hotel's campus looks nothing short of a real park. It is just huge with many trees and green patches of grass, plus there is a children playground in the centre of the complex! I would definitely recommend this hotel to all the early-risers out there who love jogging in the early morning but don't wanna get lost in a strange city. We stayed in a 3-star room, so there weren't many fancy things to talk about. Still again, I would have to praise the hotel entrance hall and restaurant which were especially cozy. Indeed, a cozy hall and a warm restaurant are what you should be looking for during your stay in such a frigid place like Russia. However, there is one thing I have yet been able to enjoy. That being the arrival speed of the elevators. We have to wait quite a while, sometimes it gets more than a minute or even two to get one (can be a nuisance if you are in a rush) . I understand that August is one of the peak season months in Russia, but to what I see, there weren't too many guests staying at that moment. Hope you guys could improve on that section. In general, I would say that my experience at the hotel was delightful and will be returning should I get a chance.

Good budget hotel with friendly staffI stayed with my family in Hotel ibis Moscow Oktyabrskoye Pole from 30 Dec 2018 till 02 Jan 2019. The Hotel is conveniently located close to a Metro Station as well Circular Rail station. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very well mannered and extremely helpful especially Mr. Alexie and the other girls who manage the reception. They helped us travel to different spots of tourist interest by Moscow metro which is very efficient. The breakfast served was adequate with ample variety. I have only one suggestion to equip each room with an Electric kettle with tea/ coffee & sugar sachets. A bottle of water per day of stay will add value to the stay. A Europe type socket multi plug connector would ease charging camera/ mobile phone for customers from Europe and Asia(India). The above suggestions if implemented, would multiply Customers delight and would urge them to keep coming again. The overall experience was great and I enjoyed the stay.
