  I regret my first stay at Ibis Pasteur.

  It wasn't my first stay at one of Accor hotels but it was my first stay at Ibis Pasteur. The safe didn't work and there was a brown stain on the couch (unacceptable, but I was too tired to complain and I didn't use it anyway). Alas, for a three-star hotel in one of the largest hotel groups in Asia-Pacific (excluding mainland China), the soundproofing was really bad. This one got me surprised and concerned because I have never encountered this problem at any given Accor hotels I have ever stayed in. A thud or two is uncommon in hotels, but being able to hear other guests' conversation in a different room is quite concerning, don't you think? Because of this, I wasn't able to rest properly even though the bed was comfortable. The room service worked fine for two nights, the food was good and the service was excellent. However, I was denied a room service on the last night, without explanation (possibly because of the pandemic but who knows? It said 24/7 in the brochure). Did you just advertise one thing and deliver another? You can't do that. Anyway, if you 're reading this and you experienced a great stay at Ibis Pasteur, good for you! But from what I've experienced, it's more worth the money to stay at the Ibis Budget. They have surprisingly better soundproofing with the same level of comfort for less cost (also fewer amenities and services if you're okay with that). Or if you want to capitalize, there's Mercure.

  Budget hotel with 5star service

  I stayed here with my friends for 3nights. Room was very clean, all the equipments were complete. N if i ask for additional equipment, their respond very fast. Thankyou Cynthia from from desk for handling us and for ur hospitality. Definitely will come back again soon!:)

  Good service and clean room

  I got clean and good room for my stayed. Ibis has big bed maybe like king size bed and its very comfortable. Clean bathroom and towel smells so good. And when i asked additional bath towel for my friend, front desk agent (Ms. Cynthia) approved it and gave me 3 bottles of water too.. Its very great service.. Definitely ill be back again^^ Thank you for your excellent service

  Neat and Clean room.

  I am the regular customer of Accor hotels but this was the first time i stayed in Bandung. They need to add more options on buffet. Room was clean and services was good. The price is also very cheap may be due to COVID restrictions.

  Great service. Room needed maintenance.

  I stayed for two nights and booked a room with a queen-size bed. The check-in process was pretty quick and no-nonsense, which was great. I got assigned a room on the 7th floor and in a quiet corner as per my request, which was very appreciated. My window overlooked the north and it was great to wake up to the view of Mt. Tangkuban Parahu in the morning. According to the information I read on the website, the room spans 18 square metres but it felt a bit more spacious in reality and the fact that there was a sofa in the room shows that the space available was pretty significant. Room amenities such as TV, WiFi, mini fridge, and air conditioner worked properly. Unfortunately, the electronic safe couldn't be turned on. Also, the window was pretty dirty and had some unsightly paint marks. However, I quickly realised that the bathroom space had to be sacrificed. The bathroom itself seemed to me like a portable bathroom (like the ones on the aircrafts). Nevertheless, the use of white colour made the bathroom feel bigger and everything in the bathroom worked properly. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom, which was great. One thing I noticed was there was a metal plate on the split level to the bathroom and this plate had sharp, rough edges. To avoid being injured, I had to be careful every time I entered and exited the bathroom. I sincerely hope that room maintenance could be improved to prevent unwanted injuries in the future. The breakfast was just okay. The main menu didn't vary greatly but we could have some waffles and noodle soup for breakfast. Staff members were also helpful and quite friendly. The hotel restaurant was not so big but since there weren't many guests, I could enjoy my breakfast while still maintaining good distance with other guests. Also, as a member of Accor ALL programme, I got a welcome drink voucher that I could redeem at the bar. I decided to go with pineapple juice and it was refreshing and nice. The sweetness just suited my preference and if I have a chance to stay at Ibis Pasteur again in the future, I think I know what to choose when redeeming my welcome drink voucher. Overall, the staying experience was positive and nice. Yes, room maintenance needed some improvement but other than that, everything was fine. Thank you, Ibis Pasteur for the hospitality and service.
