  Lastima de la ubicación

  La nouvelle ville Ali Medjeli es un engendro urbanistico sin orden ni concierto donde se hacinan las personas, esta es la ubicación del hotel HB Hocine y es una lastima porque el hotel es una maravilla las habitaciones son estupendas, amplias, confortables, y con detalles que rozan el lujo. En el restaurante se puede encontrar una muy bien elaborada cocina donde se mezclan sabores tradicionales argelinos con toques internacionales, el servicio esmerado y muy atento, lo que es de agradecer en un país como Argelia donde la atencion al público es una utopia. El hotel esta muy bien y se puede comparar con cualquier establecimiento hotelero europeo. Otra ventaja añadida es que se encuentra apenas a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, por contra a según que horas acceder al centro de Constantine se puede convertir en una odisea. Como hotel de negocios es perfecto.

  I really enjoyed my stay there: very large rooms in comparison to European hotels, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and a wellness centre. No service in the wellness but the staff told me they are working on it and reduced the price accordingly. You can notice the hotel is family owned, since the owner and his son are always present and looking to serve the customers. I had the chance to see the banqueting and conference rooms, they are very well equipped! This hotel is a reference in the area, as the rates are very affordable for a 4 starred hotel.   Very pleasant hotel, professional staff and attentionned owners

  The title says it all. This brand new hotel is an example of the best offer for the price you pay. I had a huge room (607) very clean and well equiped. The food is more than excellent. I recommend this hotel without reserve and it will be my address in Constantine from now on. . . . . . .

  Good Enough

  I've been there for 5 days, my first impression was about the rooms, they were clean, cozy, and very large. The room service also was good. However, I can't give more than 3 stars. First, because of the reception staff, they didn't stop calling my room, asking for anything at anytime, even to say "you should leave today, oops, we just checked that it's not today, sorry". Second, I find it annoying to forbid bringing food from outside, especially when the hotel doesn't offer many choices. One last thing, most of the panels and notices are in french!!

  Excellent at all levels

  I warmly recomend this hotel as it has great location, wonderful and professional stuff, welcoming host and highly professional owner and manager! The rooms and the corridors are clean and vast! The pool is great! The food is tasty and they offer great variety every time and will surprise you! This is the place to be when staying in Constantine!
