  Smell of cannabis and no refund.

  Stayed in a single bedroom for one night. Noted immediately upon entering the room that it stank of cannabis, somebody clearly having smoked in there recently. Complained to the man at the front desk whilst on my way out to dinner with a friend. Got back to the hotel with said friend afterwards, made to go upstairs when the man rudely telling us we could not go upstairs together as the room was for one (as if I hadn't noticed) and that if we both went upstairs, even though there was no indication that anybody but I would be staying the night, he would call the police. It was aggressive, peculiar and offensive behaviour. Furthermore nothing had been done about the smell in the room but at that stage I was too annoyed to want to speak to him again and so left the hotel with my clothes smelling of weed. Told the manager in the morning, she apologised and asked me to put the complaint in writing to her in an email but made no offer whatsoever to make amends financially. Extremely disappointing, would not recommend.

  I will never go there again

  Well, I have to admit the location of this hotel is good. I was there because the show "Trustech". I paid a little higher price than my colleague for a "room with balcony". And I got the top floor room with a balcony (of course), a huge wardrobe and the smallest bed I have ever seen(only 80 cm wide). The bed quality was nice, but the size was way too small! The wifi signal was too weak to connect. I went down to the front desk to report this situation. The answer is "impossible. the internet is working!" My collegue's room is bigger, with a bed (combined 2 single beds), smooth internet connection and a lower price than mine. And, unfortunately, I got sick at the first night. And the coming morning I went down to the cafe/lobby, I wasn't feeling good and threw up at the sink of the kitchen. After that I cleaned everything by myself of course, since I was really sorry that I didn't have time to rush back to my room at the top floor! However, the lady on duty that morning was very angry with me and kept yelling at me in French. After I cleaned everything up, she was still furious that she drop everything else (guests' plates, fork, mugs.. etc) heavily in the sink and clean all things in a very noisy way to show us how furious she was. Yes I can understand that she felt disgusted. I don't blame her for that. But she wasn't the one who clean up the mess. I did the job. At least she could show a little care about the guest of the hotel wasn't feeling good! If not ok to show up any empathy, at least she could remain "calm". Also the WIFI issue wasn't fixed till my departure in 3 days. It drove me crazy since I need internet for my business mails. The last morning, I was more than happy to check out of this hotel and swear that I will never go back again.

  Good location and friendly stuff

  Location is great as it's close to a variety of restaurants and to all means of transportation. I stayed at the hotel for one week. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.

  Dirty

  We only stayed one night but it was disturbing. Its an old hotel, it can not be cleaned I pressume, they have to throw everything and renovate it. There was a carpet in room I cannot describe the dirt. We had a balcony with so much dust you cant sit on a chair. After seeing all these I couldnt sleep peacefully thinking about the cleanness of the bed. I told the receptionist that room was dirty and he asked me why we didnt tell earlier. What would he do I wonder if I told earlier. They should have done it already.

  Lo más rescatable del hotel es su excelente ubicación en pleno centro de Cannes y a poco de la estación de tren y de la playa. Reservé habitación individual y el precio me pareció justo para lo que es Cannes. El personal fue amable. La habitación estaba limpia en general pero la alfombra muy vieja,preferi no pisarla descalzo y se nota que el mobiliario ya tiene sus años. Finalmente el ascensor es muy pequeño,entra a lo sumo una persona con su valija (si es chica mejor).
