  Un remanso de paz en Venecia

  Nos alojamos 2 noches en el hotel Heureka.(Room 1 Spring is in the air; Junior Suite with garden views). Hotel situado en el barrio de Canareggio, algo alejado del Centro, un agradable paseo de 20 minutos. El hotel se encuentra a 5 minutos de la parada del Allilaguna y Vaporetto, lo cual facilita los traslados desde y hacia al aeropuerto, unos 30 minutos. La zona es muy tranquila, nada que ver con las aglomeraciones de San Marcos y alrededores. Desde el momento de la llegada la acogida por parte de todo el personal del Hotel fue excelente, en todo momento dispuestos a solucionar cualquier duda o necesidad que pudiera surgir. La habitación es amplia, la limpieza es excelente, calidad del sueño excelente, sin ruidos. la decoración acorde con el estilo Veneciano. Desayuno buffet correcto con productos de calidad, muy bien atendidos en todo momento. Muy recomendable disfutar del jardín del hotel. En resumen un excelente hotel, sin duda repetiremos

  A palazzo out of your dreams

  The location in Cannaregio directly at a canal is perfect-very quiet, but in walking distance (only 2 bridges away) from the more busy main street with lots of restaurants, cafes etc. I loved the flair of Cannaregio, it is were the Venetians live&go out. When I arrived at the Hotel Heureka I immediately fell in love with the palazzo-the stylish modern entrance hall with the cosy bar, the unique design/theme of each of the 3 floors, the huge neatly trimmed garden with its several cosy hideout places (in different themes as well), an oasis by its own in the middle of the city, and the decor of the 10 rooms/suites. Each of them is different, has one main theme/designer and everything up to the last little detail is perfectly matching. I loved the dimming lights&spots of my room (No. 8) creating a special atmosphere and beautiful pattern on the wall, the comfortable four-poster-bed, the topnotch rainshower&waterfall shower in the brandnew bathroom and the gorgeous view to the garden. The delicious breakfast (fresh juices, homemade muesli, omeletts, pastries to just name a few of the many choices) is served in the garden (if weather allows) or inside (where the opulent decor of the breakfast room will for sure distract you from your breakfast). The staff is as topnotch as the palazzo-they give you a warm heartfelt welcome every time you return from your sightseeing trips, assist you with the planning of your tours, do have great recommendations and make you feel at home. At the end of my 5 day stay I felt like having to leave my homeplace ! Thank you for making my stay unforgettable, I will definitely return.

  Amazing hotel

  We had the pleasure of staying here 3 nights in a junior suite. Loved the design, breakfast, lovely garden and last but not least the amazing service! The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to everything. Looking forward to stay here again.

  The best hotel experience so far

  My work gives me the opportunity to visit hotels all over the world, and I am often staying in 4 or 5 stars business, executive or anyhow luxury hotel. I have seen spots in all Europe that you would not even guess, but this one, this one takes the cake. There is only one word to describe this hotel, and that is: perfect. Location, tranquillity, freedom, cleanness, hospitality, friendliness, relax, good music, top notch breakfast. Name it, they have it. Classy, but not pretentious. Elegant, but not intimidating, close to the station, but not in the middle of the most chaotic street. Its a pain to leave. Would suggest this hotel a millions of times, and I repeat, I have stayed in the best of London, Cannes, Hamburg... it does not matter. This is where I would stay if I had to go back to Venice. Honestly, this is where I will stay every time I have to go back to Venice, and thats it. The service is great, the people have an outstanding sense of professionalism and hospitality, the sestiere is beautifully suspended in time. Breakfast is rich and the quality is high. Theres for sure a lot of awesomeness in Venice, and all was worth, but this was like being a guest at a noble house in the Serenissima time. So priceless. 5 stars for everything

  We had the perfect stay!! Amazing stay in an amazing location.

  We found Hotel Heureka on the Hip Hotels website. Working in the travel industry myself I had quite high expectations and to be honest I could not fault anything. The hotel is beautifully located on a small canal in Cannaregio, a beautiful tranquil area in the north part of the city. The interior is fantastic, an amazing old building but with a funky twist. Our room overlooked the garden and was very well appointed. We had a very nice breakfast in the secluded garden. As a part of a package we had a very nice rowing class and a bottle of Prosecco with the famous cicchetti. We met the assistant manager who made sure, we were well taken care of. Also Alice and an Asian lady (I do not remember her name) who served us in the evening were very nice. We had the best stay ever. Venice was very quiet due to the Corona crisis but we never felt uncomfortable, not in the hotel nor in the city. The cherry on the cake was that my boyfriend proposed...of course I said YES. Venice and hotel Heureka will always have a special place in our hearts and we already decided to come back for our anniversary.
