  no es un hotel 5 estrellas

  Entramos contentos y salimos desilucionados. Al ingresar al hotel, la persona que subio nuestras maletas a la habitacion,nos saco dinero de un maletin.Al presentar las quejas en recepcion, no nos dieron respuestas,mas que darnos el libro de quejas. el servicio de limpieza dejaba 2 jaboncitos de mano para bañarnos 5 personas y decian que no tienen obligacion de reponer el champu. la piscina exterior, esta en la sobra,con agua helada y los azulejos sucios, En gral se pagan los servicios de 5 estrellas y no llegan a 3. viven pendientes de atender a los artistas y funcionarios del gbno. el resto de los pasajeros recibimos pesima atencion.

  Personal service at its Best

  Small family owned hotel with attention to details and very very attentive friendly service. Charming alpine style chalet and rooms, with every thing you might want. Even for short term reservations very personalised service. Nice garden, pool and great view of the mountains. The owners are supervising that every thing is to perfection. Great breakfast and all day dining is available. Will come back soon

  Heavenly Stay

  Everything about this hotel is very special: excellent service, gourmet food, we had a lovely new suite, fabulous mountain views. On the colder evenings there is great fireplace. The sauna area is cosy. Very friendly and helpful staff also in the spa area.

  Best Mountain resort in the Italian Alps

  Once you discover this gem hidden in the fresh powdered Italian alps you will never go anywhere else. From the moment you arrive you feel like at home, fire place is always on and the fragrance of it will make u feel at home. Warm welcomed by Mr. Corrado in person, owner and founder with his family of the Hotel, with a nice glass of Donnas was the best way to start pour stay there. The concierge Daniel and his team will paper you with some special amenities in the room and will find the best way to make you discover this mountains and it's special food. First night we decided to stay in and try the restaurant: MAMA MIA BUONISSIMO! the experience was fantastic, all the team was always there for you and helped deciding the best match between the plates and the local yet impeccable food. Next day we went skiing with a guided tour organised by the concierge, was just amazing. The powder snow and the best ski instructor made our day special. Lunch at Chalet Etoile kissed by the sun, and then back to try the spa nested in the base of the hotel. Deep tissue massage and private vip room to relax... just one hint for this spa.. the rest you have to discover it by yourself :) Unfortunately the stay was to short but dreaming to come back next year!

I love mountains and alpine skiing since I was born, but spending some days at the Hermitage has been an unforgettable holiday, making me feel like Alice in Wonderland and being surprised like a kid discovering new experiences at every steps. Its definitely a MUST to come back soon.
