  Buen hotel en Ortisei

  Hemos estado unos días en Ortisei varias familias en viaje de ski. Estuvimos alojados en el hotel Hell y la verdad es que ha resultado un acierto. Las habitaciones grandes, bien acondicionadas, muy limpias, camas cómodas. Hay guardaesquis con calientabotas y servicio de transporte tanto a la parada del skibus (3 minutos) que te lleva a los distintos accesos a Dolomiti Superski de la zona como a los propios accesos de la estación en Ortisei como el funicular de Seceda (10 minutos). Este transporte (furgoneta para 8) lo puedes solicitar desde primera hora 8:15 de la mañana y llamar para que te vaya a buscar hasta las 6 de la tarde El hotel esta muy cerca del centro peatonal, no más de diez minutos de paseo. Tanto el desayuno como la cena incluidos en la media pensión fueron correctos. La atención del personal muy buena por parte de todos, con ganas de agradar y ayudar. Te facilitan de forma gratuita billetes para todos los días para el skibus que te lleva a los pueblos cercanos y pases para un spa cercano (que no utilizamos). También tiene parking gratuito en superficie (descubierto). Estuvimos muy bien

  Location!

  The very best with this hotel is the location. Very close to the center of Ortisei and the ski lift to Seiser Alm. We were welcomed very polite and nice. Our room was big, with a big bathroom and a large terrace with wonderful view. The room was a bit outdated. The breakfast was very simple and the staff were not quick enough to fill empty plates on the buffet. So all in all I found this hotel average.

  Well located

  My wife and I Visited for one week commencing 29/2/20. Our purpose was a snowshoe - winter hiking break . We were dropped off by the coach (from Verona airport) about 40-50 metres from the hotel. Few minutes walk to the hotel . Wasnt an issue for us . Classic Tyrol style which we love as it provides character . Receptionist was pleasant in her greeting. We were allocated a fantastic room on the third floor with balcony view facing towards the Sella Ronda/Sassalungo mountain area. There was a nursery slope directly below us and this would have been an excellent place to stay if you had kids . Room was clean and maintained as such throughout the week . We found the beds very comfortable and there were extra pillows if need be . Unusual for us , we found the room very warm through the night . Turn down heating and open window slightly solved that issue . We liked the relaxed style and atmosphere of the dining area ... not a strip light in sight , instead globe shaped smoky lighting . Breakfast was as expected , buffet style & scrambled / boiled eggs available . At breakfast you were able to tick from the evening menu your choice for starter and main course . Buffet style extensive salad table available , with choices of various breads followed by first selected course. Choice of deserts available at the end . All of the food we had was superbly prepared and tasted absolutely wonderful . Finally there is an excellent wellness area below ground floor . For skiers there was an hotel mini bus that would take you to and from nearby lifts . We of course walked to the lifts :-) . Of course cant ignore the coronavirus issues and were lucky perhaps that the Trentino area was not on lockdown . Maybe hotels will place sanitisers in public areas to provide confidence to their guests ........ or maybe think of providing each room with suitable sized sanitisers in place of shower gels !!! We would not hesitate to come to Hotel Hell again in the future .

  Great hotel in lovely ski area

  Stayed 4 nights in a party if 12. Loved the hotel, very warm welcome and great location. Rooms very clean and good size. Food excellent. Especially dinners. Martina looked after us in the nice bar area. Access to the hotel's minibus was a nice surprise. Great skiing around the valley. Only improvement would be more powerful wifi. Would recommend 100% and will return next year. Our thoughts are with the hotel staff and owners, and all of the businesses in Val Gardena following temporary lockdown. Thanks for looking after us so well.

  Fantastic hotel in Ortisei

  This was by far the best hotel we booked in Italy during our vacation. It's around 10 minutes walking to the city centre. Since we came by bus, they gave us a bus card to use local transportation. At the hotel, you have access to the city pool (indoor and outdoor), a jacuzzi outside and a wellness centre with sauna, whirlpool, gym, etc. There is even a play area for kids and a pool table. The breakfast is splendid with cheese, bread, an espresso machine, juice, tea, fruits, jam, nuts, cold cuts, cereals, yogurt, scrambled eggs and bacon. The view from the windows at breakfast is just splendid. I think every room has a balcony. The view was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a television, a safe and a mini-fridge. It said you have to pay 5 per day to use the fridge though. If it wasn't enough, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Monica at the help desk gave us advice for hiking every single day with details about the trails around the city and in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Ortisei.
