  Excellect hotel in a quiet location but close to city and resturants

  We stayed at the hotel on a motorbike trip to take a friends ashes to be buried with his father who died in the war. We enjoyed the hotel and the staff were very helpful, particularly when one of the group managed to drop his bike keys into the wrong room! Nice light feel with large rooms and not too much furniture cluttering up the room, all very clean and presentable. Our only issue was that there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, just the common areas, this was a pain when several of us needed to keep in touch with work and use email, also a pain for planning route and particularly watching videos when you don't understand German TV!

  Great place

  Unusual place that seems more like some sort of research institute than a hotel, but great nonetheless. Good quiet location about 15 mins walk from the centre, easy free parking, large well-appointed rooms, good breakfast. Staff were helpful. Bathroom was wet-room style which is not my preference, but I think that's because the place is very disabled-friendly.

  Refreshing

  The hotel is just part of a large complex providing residential accommodation for handicapped people as well as a playschool. It is part of a religious charitable foundation. But you really wouldn't know it except from the excellent car park, where you get an idea of the size of the place. Well placed in a quiet part on the edge of the town, though the rooms on the front can be a bit noisy with suburban commuter traffic when the windows are open. There is no air conditioning. Easy bus ride to town centre. Good sized modern rooms with no minibars, tea making facilities and so on: you can get all that kind of stuff from reception. Wet room style bathrooms. Copious buffet breakfast.

  Clean, quiet, good value

  Although the location looked a bit inconvenient, its not really since this hotel is located a short bus ride from the city centre. The bus stops right in front of the hotel. The room with private bathroom was comfortable and clean and very quiet. (Reminded me a bit of a university residence, except it was quiet!) Very good value for bed and breakfast.

  Clean and inexpensive

  This is an inexpensive hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was large although one couldn't describe it as luxurious. Breakfast was fine. The city centre is probably within walking distance but I took the bus and found it easy and convenient.
