  Perfect on the beach

  Just few steps and you are on the beach. The hotell was in the middle of the village - perfect for shopping. For good eating go outside of the main street. The hotell ok - breakfast ok. Be carefull in the sea.

  Lovely, easy-going hotel with a great location

  We stayed in hotel Haris for two weeks in July 2018. First of all the staff is just great, loved all of them! Special thanks from my kids to Alex and Adam, they made the holiday even better for them. :) The hotel is located between ocean and main street of Agia Marina, so everything is close. It is quite small and not very luxurious, but it is well maintained. Cleaning was very good and the room was neat. The room had a small fridge and (free) air conditioning worked fine. The bed had nice firm mattresses, we slept very well. You can hear the ocean in the room at night. The pool was great. There is good stairs in it, and it is deepening suitably from 90 cm up to 2,8 m. Very good for swimming with the kids. There is also a recess on both sides of the pool that you can sit on.The sunbeds were free at the pool and they were adequate, always found a free place. You can get pool towels 5 / towel at a deposit which you get back when you return the towels. We had breakfast and dinner included, and we ate almost every day at the hotel. The food was good and varied enough. At dinner there was potatoes and pasta or rice with both meat and vegetable supplement, plus many different salads, tzatziki and fresh vegetables. Drinks at the dinner were not included in the price. Food at the pool bar was very good and not so expensive; many dishes about 5,5 - 7,5 / portion. Portions were large and tasty, so they were definitely worth the money. And the service was great. We will definitely return here one day!

  Good stay for a family vacation.

  We had a very cosy and pleasant stay during our vacation. Kids were having a blast in a pool area and we appreciated the easy access to the sea. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean though they were pretty small. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and variation from day to day.

  Good hotel for it's price

  We were satisfied with our week in hotel Haris. Staff was very friendly throughout the week and food was surprisingly good. We had breakfast and dinner included and both were good. Meat was particularly good in most dinners. We didn't spend time in the pool area because beach is right next to the hotel with it's beautiful view to the Ágioi Theódoroi island. The beach itself was ok, nothing special to get excited about. It's a bit difficult to get to the sea due to slippery rocks in the first 10 meters or so, but using some kind of shoes helps a lot.

  The hotel premises, food and service do not stand for a hotel and deserve max. Cat.2

  Due to agency mess-up we somehow ended up in this hotel. By entering the reception area, which in fact is a messy storage room (with a washing machine in the corner!), welcomed by a frightened-but -kind receptionist (who was the only polite person next to the cleaning staff), it was clear this is not the hotel we would wish to stay. Terrible breakfast, a shame for the good Greek cuisine (no eggs, the cheapest not eatable ham/cheese, no selection of local food except for olives and some vegetables, no proper olive oil), the coffee disastrous. There is a possibility to order (and pay) proper coffee, egg omelette at the beach bar, however the personnel is not used to serve a guest, with no manners or any kind of gastronomical /hotelier education. Forget complaining to the hotel management, you will only get strange looks from every staff at the hotel once it gets through. We avoided the swimming pool and the area since we kept being bothered by the beach bar personnel (when showering, putting on the sun cream, totally weird staff!) Each morning we had to tidy up the sunbed area ourselves, bottles, glasses and ashtrays were not taken away. Forget being served, you had to come to the bar and firstly hear stories, of what seemed to be a very strange behaved man. The ONLY thing saving this hotel is its location. This hotel by no means suits Cat.3. Advise: better hotels 100-50m distance, excellent local food/service at other beach bars.
