    Great hotel and great location

The hotel is very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean. Bathroom was a reasonable size, modern and had everything you needed. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed daily. The garden and the pool were great. The pool is not very big but still OK. Food was OK, tasty, not a great variety but I think you can find something for everybody and every taste. If you come by car, there are a few parking spots, they cost 5 euros/day, but I think it is worth it, as they give you a key to the parking spot and so you always have access to it and nobody can park on you spot if you move your car. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood next to other hotels. The beach is right across the street and restaurants, bars and shops are a few meters away. For a very reasonable price, we had a great stay at this hotel.

    False advertising

This hotel was a disappointment. The hotel have 2 type of rooms: some are ok, but the ones on the ground floor are just awful. Old furniture, campaign beds, disgusting bathroom and, above all, a bad smell coming from the sewerage. We`ve stayed in room 110, which is at the end of the corridor. We had no wi-fi signal and not even cellphone signal. We soon discover the wi-fi is a bad joke since the internet it`s not working even in the in the main area of the hotel. The tv in the room is just for decoration since 99% of the programs are locals and you can`t understand anything. The only english channel is BBC. But that`s a good thing since you will need the socket as there are only 2 in the entire room! The bathroom was a complete garbage. The walls are old, with stains and a awful smell, a combination btw sewerage and mold! The shower curtains was a very old piece of material, very dirty. The cleaning service consist in a lady that don`t understand basic english that will come and change the towels every few days and pretend to wipe the floor with a dirty mop and a bucket. We asked the staff to change the room since it didn`t looked anything like the one in pictures they have online but they refuse. They`ve said the photos are with the title of presentation. Just wow... Also, the staff members are very rude and they don`t speak english. I think the hotel is some kind of family business and they are, at least some of them, relatives. You could saw they lack the training and skills you see in real hotels. Also, even though they say on the website they provide free parking, it`s a big fat lie. The hotel don`t have a parking and you are forced to park on the streets near by, which is a problem since the area if very crowded. Since I want to be objective, I will point out the good things about the hotel: - location is nice: very close to the center of the town - like 3 minutes! Also, the beach is very close, but we didn`t go there since it was crowded, it lacks the sand and the water is deep after like 1 meter! - the food was very good. Indeed, the selections are not that many, but you will find something you like for sure. Though most of the foods where the same for the entire week, especially for breakfast, they had something different every evening. Overall, it was delicious (I recomand the gyros). They also had some tasty cookies and fresh fruits. The juice in the morning was very very good. Would I go back? No way in hell. The hotel don`t deserve the 4 stars they brag with! I would say 2 or, maybe, 3 (if you get a pretty room). A 4 stars hotel MUST have wi-fi in ever room in 2019, private parking and employees with minimum training and who could speak english.

    For families with kids

Good location close to sea and restaurants. Both , breakfast and dinner should be better, more selection is needed. Rooms are too small for 4 person. Some rooms are old and need renovation. Swiming pool and garden are very nice , staff and the owner very friendly!

    Family ran hotel for families

Quiet and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing. The food for dinner is really various enough. Always with cakes and fresh fruits. For breakfast ten or so dishes is served every day but that still gives you quite s few combinations you can choose from. The staff is nice and working hard to make everything perfect. As an example, all bedding was changed on our 3rd day of stay. Rooms are cleaned every day and any towel you leave on the floor will be changed for a new one. The pool saves you during the windy days since the hotel is protected from wind coming from the sea. You can use deep pool and still be able to look over the kids in their pool. The hotel may need some minor touchups but, hey, so do I. Those minor things aside, both of us are perfect. :)
